The research aim to identify the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care
takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City, and exploration
the effect the variables (educational qualification, exp
erience, training courses) about in the degree
of practicing the performance competencies which required for them.
To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (76) methods,
distributed to six areas competencies (Planning, regulation the Class-Room environment,
execution, evaluation, personality, sociality), then applied to a sample of (198) Kindergarten care
takers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical
approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of
educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten
care takers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.877).
The research ended up with the following results, the level of the performance Education for
Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia
City was middle degree. There was no statistically significant differences in the level of the
performance for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies for them
according to (educational qualification, experience), while the results showed significant
differences according to training courses). Among these suggestions was the application training
programs for Kindergarten care takers for developing performance to raising their duality of
performance, and having training courses to Kindergarten care takers.

ن وبالسعر المناسب , ومن ثم فإن التجارة الإلكترونية هي ذلك النوع من التجارة الذي يتم باستخدام وسيط إلكتروني سواء داخل الحدود السياسية لدولة ما أو خارجها بصرف النظر عن نوعية السلعة محل التجارة أو مدى مشروعيتها أو القانون الذي تخضع له , وتستخدم فيها وسائل دفع وتعاقد إلكترونية.
ويحاول الباحث فى هذا البحث فى سؤال جوهري وهو هل الإطار النظري للمحاسبة والذي أنشئ في ظل بيئة تجارية تقليدية كافي ويمكن تطبيقه في ظل البيئة التجارية الإلكترونية الحديثة؟وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بيئة التجارة الالكترونية ومقارنتها ببيئة التجارة التقليدية ومعرفة مدى كفاية الإطار المفاهيمى للمحاسبة المالية للتعامل مع تلك البيئة وحصر المشاكل التي تواجه مهنة المحاسبة في ظل هذه البيئة إن وجدت واقتراح بعض التوصيات التي تساهم في حلها.
This study aimed to identify service quality level provided at hotels in Lattakia from
the guests' point of view. It also determined the satisfaction level of beneficiaries of hotel
services provided in research community and how guests evaluate th
e actual performance
of the hotel services provided at Afamia Rotana Hotel according to the quality hotel
services dimensions differently.
The research community consisted of Afamia Rotana Hotel guests. The researcher
has used the case study method and depended on descriptive approach to measure the
satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the quality of hotel services provided in the hotel. A
survey has been designed and distributed among the guests in order to measure the quality
level of hotel services in the research community. Then the researcher analyzed the survey
results by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The research concluded
that there was a clearly lack of quality of hotel services provided at the research
community according to the dimensions of quality of hotel services (tangibility, reliability,
power of responsiveness, empathy, trust and safety).
So the study has provided a set of recommendations, including making more efforts
to spread the quality culture at hotels, taking care of customers personally through the
accuracy of the performance, speed of implementation and courteous treatment, in addition
to developing a quality strategic plan in the research community.
