The Effectiveness of a Participatory Training Program As a Tool for Developing the Skills in Activity Planning by Undergraduate Kindergarten Teachers at Al-Baath University/ Faculty of Education

The research aimed at building a participatory training program for undergraduate teachers in the Kindergarten Department to improve the skills of activity planning. The sample included 70 female teachers-- 35 participants in the experimental group and 35 participants in the control group. The skills for activity planning have been defined.
