This research aimed to analyze the quality of marketing information in the Commercial Bank of Syria, to identify the indicators of managing the relationship with the customer, and to determine the nature of the relationship between the quality of mar keting information and the management of the relationship with the customer. Clarify the factors influencing this relationship, and propose the optimal model for them. In order to achieve this, the researcher proceeded to formulate a basic hypothesis which is divided into three hypotheses. The researcher adopted the survey method using the questionnaire to collect data from the study community composed of the customers of the Commercial Bank of Syria. Data were analyzed by statistical package for statistical sciences, The researcher used many statistical methods, the most important of which are: arithmetic mean, standard deviation of sample, relative importance, variation coefficient, single sample t test, multiple linear regression, legal correlation analysis. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The existence of an acceptable relationship of statistical significance between the dimensions of the quality of marketing information and customer satisfaction in the Commercial Bank of Syria, and the existence of a strong relationship of statistical significance between the dimensions of the quality of marketing information and customer loyalty in the bank, and the existence of an acceptable relationship of statistical significance between the dimensions of the quality of marketing information and customer value in the bank, The researcher also found a strong correlation between the dimensions of the quality of marketing information and customer relationship management indicators in the Commercial Bank of Syria. The researcher advise for the important of working in bank based on total quality management and dealing with marketing information system as primary role and supplying materiality and incorporeity supporting from bank management for marketing information system development for all its objects.
This Research aims to study the role of change management in the success of the introduction of information technology in the public banks through the case study of the Commercial Bank of Syria،to achieve this goal; a questionnaire was used as a t ool in gathering the necessary data. The questionnaire was distributed to the sample of the study; 341 questionnaires were distributed on the employees in commercial bank of Syria and the questionnaires which returned were 340، then there were 15 questionnaires refused. SPSS (22) was used in analyzing the data and testing the hypothesis. The research found that the - A positive relationship and statistically significant between the changing methods of communication between management and employees and the success of the introduction of information technology in the Commercial Bank of Syria. - A positive relationship and statistically significant between the، between training and the success of the introduction of information technology in the Commercial Bank of Syria. - A positive relationship and statistically significant between the stimulus and the success of the introduction of information technology in the Commercial Bank of Syria.
This study aimed to identify the effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), of the Employees in Syrian commercial bank in Damascus. This study has been testing hypotheses from the viewpoint of employee s in the Commercial Bank of Syria. To achieve the objectives of this study, were prepared a questionnaire, in order to collect primary data from the research sample, and after ascertaining the validity of the study tools and internal consistency of the words of the variables, were tested the hypotheses, using the SPSS program. This study concluded by a number of results:  A weak positive impact of Transformational leadership style on the organizational citizenship behavior.  A weak positive impact of (Leader Personality) on the organizational citizenship behavior.  A very weak positive impact of (Inspirational Motivation) on the organizational citizenship behavior.  A very weak positive impact of (The privacy of relationship between leader and employee) on the organizational citizenship behavior.
This research aims to study the Syrian banking system performance in light of changes that began in Syria since March 2011 and their implications (the case of Commercial Bank of Syria). It was found that the banking sector exposure to fallout led to instability, which limited the role of as a financial intermediary supporting production and encourage investment in the various national sectors of the economy, in addition to reducing the volume of services provided by banks, and changes in exchange rates, and a crisis of liquidity and credit. The research has been relying on financial reports which is published on the case of Commercial Bank of Syria site during the period from 2010 to 2013.
The goal of achieving profit and venerate is the first thing on which commercial banks are interested. And in order to achieve commercial bank this end,the bank must attract and compilation of national savings in the form of bank deposits, and then reinjected into the national economy through the granting of credit facilities and loans aimed at financing investment, or the Bank may direct the investment of these funds in order to achieve a profit, and that the policy of the Commercial Bank in this regard depends on the structure and size of deposits and maturities. This research deals with the study and analysis of the impact of the development of deposits in the Commercial Bank of Syria on the size of the net profit achieved during the time period from (2000) to (2013), and the impact of the Syrian crisis on the size of those net profits resulting from the evolution of the volume of bank deposits with the bank, through study evolution as strings of time using including lead us statistics theory, where the link has been studying the Commercial Bank of Syria earnings and the size of bank deposits has a path, and therefore has been measuring the intensity and direction of the correlation between these variables down to build a statistical model objectively reflects the nature and direction of the relationship connectivity deposits between the Commercial Bank of Syria on the one hand, and between the size of the net profits of the bank on the other hand.
The research aims to study the impact of information technology on the quality of banking services in the branches of the Commercial Bank of Syria province of Latakia. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was developed and distr ibuted to 201 workers, and (183) questionnaire were suitable to analyze, a response rate (91.04%), and based on applying simple regression to assess the relationship between the information technology and the quality of banking service dimensions, the research found the following results: 1- There is a strong and positive correlation between the hardware equipment and the quality of banking service, where it was found that (79.7%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained after the equipment. 2- There is a strong and positive correlation between a online banking service and service quality, it was found that (69.2%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained after the Internet. 3- There is a strong and positive correlation between communications and banking service quality, where it was found that (65.9%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained after the communication. 4- There are acceptable and positive correlation between post-efficiency of human resources and banking service quality, where it was found that (59.9%) of the discrepancy in the quality of banking services is explained by the efficiency of human resources.
The commercial bank of Syria produces various banking services, and its branches trying to gratify its clients, and attracting new clients. It is trying to achieve its clients every time, and to inquire this ideal, it confronts many problems, one of these is overcome jam, that we can find in every branches, and it happened when the serves had not organized. So the serves was not be good, and the client was not be gratifying. In this research, we want to study the kind of expected rate arrival, so we watched rate arrival for the year 2010 in the first branch of the commercial bank of Syria in lattakia city. We expected a relationship between the rate arrival and the time, and find good work planet to organization the work by using queuing theory, we find number of certain servers that to be from 14 to 18 certain to produce service in the shorter time.
In a highly competitive environment, the banks seek to expand its customer base of banks by winning new customers as well as retain existing customers, but it is not necessarily that the large amount of customers can help to improve the profitability of the bank, there may be customers contribute to increase profits and others may cause more losses, which necessarily calls to customer profitability measure for the best understanding of the different profit's resources in the bank. Then the problem of indirect costs allocation to each customer appears, and then the need to rely on Activity Based Costing system (ABC) in order to determine the exact cost of each customer. The strength of this system appears from its philosophy which based on that the activity is the real consumer of bank's resources and the bank customer is the one who consumes this activity and that leads to improve the tracking and tracing of cost elements to each bank's customer in the end. The main objective of the research is studying ABC 's role in customer profitability measure, and the role of this accounting in providing necessary information to achieve the optimal mix of customer in order to maximize profits. This study has been applied to Commercial Bank of Syria in Lattakia-second branch as a case study, in order to measure customer profitability in the reality using the Activity Based Costing. This study found that the use of Activity Based Costing is more accurate than the traditional system in the banking customer profitability measurement and then a greater possibility of discrimination between the profitable customer and the unprofitable customer, and that in the absence of the applying of customer profitability accounting in the bank.
The research aims to identify the factors affecting the profitability of commercial banks, arranged according to their relative importance, and the comparison between commercial banks, public and private about the factors that affect their profitab ility. The research descriptive analytical method. One of the most important results: 1 - affected the profitability of commercial banks Syrian combination of factors can be classified in two categories: internal factors and external factors. 2 - different factors affecting the profitability of commercial banks in the relative importance of, and the most influential factor was economic and political conditions, and employing resources, legislation and legal and banking controls. While the age of the bank and the number of bank employees less influential factor. 3 - There are no statistically significant differences between commercial banks, public and private in the internal and external factors that affect their profitability.
The research aims to study the role of internal audit in the activation of governance in the Commercial Bank of Syria Latakia. To achieve the objectives of the research a questionnaire was designed and distributed to (43) managers of the bank Staff . The researcher used the descriptive method and analytical method using the tools necessary for the collection of evidence and data. After study and analysis was reached the following conclusions: 1- The application of an elaborate system of internal audit leads to the activation of governance in the Commercial Bank of Syria Latakia. 2- Making internal audit in accordance with professional standards of due diligence leads to the activation of governance in the Commercial Bank of Syria Latakia. 3- The independence of the internal audit departments leads to the activation of governance in the Commercial Bank of Syria Latakia. 4- The monitoring and evaluation systems and risk management procedures lead to the activation of governance in the Commercial Bank of Syria Latakia.
