This study aims to study the extent of applying the two dimensions of the empowerment
employees strategy(employees participation in decision-making and the justice and equity
of the top management) in the public industrial companies in Latakia. thi
s study was
applied in The General Organization of tobacco, textile Latakia Company and the General
Company of cotton threads of Latakia, To achieve the purpose of study a questionnaire has
been made and distributed to research sample which is(310) workers of these companies,
(265) of questionnaires out of total sample is returned and ready for analysis by the
statistical program (spss) in order to implementing the study goals.
In addition to questionnaire, a several interviews were made with the managers and
employees to aware precisely the work environment.
the main result of this study was, the public industrial companies lacks to minimum
required elements of the implementation of the strategy and workers of these companies
isn't contented and satisfied with the work environment and that is, doesn't encourage or
support workers to take part in decision-making process related to their job, as well as
there is injustice in of the work systems followed by top management.
Paul Riccor, the French philosopher, aims in "Love and Justice" at presenting a new
concept of justice, via its relation with love, leaving behind the traditional concept
manifested in distributive justice; this concept which was established by Ric
cor unable to
put a finale to the social clash, especially the oppressed and marginalized groups. Hence,
he tries to present a new concept of justice via tackling its relation with love. Therefore,
this research presents at first the concept of justice as it was presented by Riccor, then
proceeds to discuss the discrepancy between the traits of love and justice in accordance
with the controversy suggested by Paul Riccor, which will enable us to find a relationship
through which justice can be established via gaining back the ability to love, then looking
at love as more than a mere individual whim; love as one ethic power capable of making a
compromise between happiness and duty. Finally, the research ends up with quite
accumulative consequences capable of creating new horizons due to this research.
This study aimed to assess the reality of job satisfaction among
employees in the private banks in Damascus; the researchers select
four indicators to measure job satisfaction among employees that
include the working conditions, job stability, a sense of justice,
salaries and wages.

The research aims to identify the impact of the absence of organizational justice
dimensions: distributive justice, Procedural Justice, Interactional Justice, the spread of the
phenomenon of corruption among the workers in the city of Latakia Counc
il. Adopted Find
descriptive approach and included the research community all employees in Lattakia City
Council, the research sample are soft sample of employees amounted to (175) factor has
been the questionnaires they distributed and returned them (161) to identify and complete
for statistical analysis and response rate (92%). And the adoption of appropriate statistical
methods was the most important results that have been reached:
*The sense of workers fairly transactions was the highest relative importance
(64.26%), followed by a sense of fairness of procedures relative importance (56.68%),
followed by a sense of justice of the distribution relative importance (53.89%).
*The absence of organizational justice has an impact on the behavior of the spread of
corruption among employees in Lattakia City Council, where (60.9%) of the developments
in the spread of behaviors administrative corruption among employees is explained by the
absence of organizational justice in general changes. For each dimension of organizational
justice dimensions; the absence of distributive justice explains (54%), and the absence of
procedural Justice explains (55.5%), and the absence of Interactional Justice explains
(57.8%).
This study aimed to identify the impact of budget participation on each of managerial
performance, organizational commitment and distributive fairness, to investigate the
impact of organizational commitment and distributive fairness on managerial p
erformance,
and to study the impact of distributive fairness on organizational commitment.
To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was used and distributed on the
Agricultural Firms in the Syrian Coast. This questionnaire was distributed to72
respondents, but only 50 questionnaires were completed and received.
The results showed that budgetary participation has a positive impact on each of the
manage rial performance, organizational commitment and distributive fairness. And a
positive impact each of the Organizational Commitment and the Distributive Fairnesson
the managerial performance. At last the results appeared that there is no significant impact
for Distributive Fairnesson budget goal commitment.
This study aimed to identify the level of belief in school justice and its relation with the level of social and psychological skills and academic achievement among students of primary and secondary government schools in Tulkarm region. For this purp
ose the researchers used a scale of belief in school justice consists of (24) items distributed equally into three domains: School administration justice, laws and regulations justice, and teachers' justice. The study sample consisted of (425) male and female students. Results showed that students' estimates of the level of belief in school justice was medium in general, and on the total scale and sub-domains of the scale, results showed no statistically significant of differences in the level of belief in school justice among students primary and secondary due to sex variable. On the other hand, results showed a statistically significant differences in the level of belief in school justice among students of primary and secondary education due to the level of education variable, and on the total scale of the school justice, and laws and regulations and teacher's justice domains. while results showed that there is no statistically significant differences on the domain of school of administration justice. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the belief in school justice level among primary and secondary students and the level of social, psychological and academic achievement of them, on the total and sub-domains of the scale.
The policy of punishment in the community is no longer sufficient to achieve the
interest of offenders' deterring and warding off the corruption. Nowadays,
legislation takes care of the offender's situation after the punishment, the method of
trea
ting the effects of the previous sanction and the implemented sentence in his
eligibility to return as a useful member in his society.
The Islamic Law is the law of Justice and Charity so the eternal wound of eligibility
and the permanent derogation of rights are not compatible with its rules aimed at
the conservation of human's interests and the maintenance of his dignity.
We find, in its rules and verdicts, the ways that are capable of achieving the
subsequent care for convicts, their rehabilitation and erasing the effects of the
sanctions on their eligibility.
This research aims at the study of the impact of repentance, applied its pillars and
terms, in the treatment of the effects of offence and punishment on the offender's
fairness and his eligibility to the general mandates as the eligibility of testimony and
judicature.
The scholars of jurisprudence (jurists) agree to accept the repentance of who is
sentenced and the return of his fairness in all sanctions of bounds, retribution and
punitive crimes.
The controversy is in the cases of the bounds of defamation and the perjurer and the
return of his eligibility and mandate if he repents and the eligibility of the bounded
in his bound.
These issues have been addressed in this research by this comparative juridical
study.
هذا البحث يسلط الضوء على أقوال الإمام الشافعي فيمن تقبل روايته و من ترد، و ذلك في مبحثين، الأول: تكلمت فيه عن من تقبل روايته عند الشافعي، و مهدت لذلك بالتعريف بصفة من تقبل روايته عند العلماء و عند الشافعي، ثم خلصت إلى أنه يشترط فيمن تقبل روايته العدا
لة و الضبط، و قد فرعتهما إلى مطلبين، الأول: العدالة عند الشافعي، فعرفت بالعدالة و شروطها، و بحثت في اشتراط المروءة في العدالة، ثم طرق ثبوت العدالة. و المطلب الثاني: تكلمت فيه عن الضبط عند الشافعي، فعرفت به، و بطريقة معرفته، و شروطه.
أما المبحث الثاني: فعنيت فيه بمن لا تقبل روايته عند الشافعي، نبهت من خلاله على من لا تقبل روايته عند العلماء، ثم فصلت القول في رواية المستور و المبتدع في مطلبين، الأول: تكلمت فيه عن رواية المستور عند الشافعي، فعرفت بالمجهول و أقسامه، ثم بالمستور عند الشافعي، ذاكرة الاعتراضات التي وجهت إلى تعريف الشافعي للمستور مع الرد عليها، و حكم روايته عند الشافعي.
و جاء في المطلب الثاني رواية المبتدع، فعرفت بالبدعة و أنواعها، ثم ذكرت أقوال الشافعي في حكم رواية المبتدع، و في الختام: ذكرت أهم النتائج التي وصلت إليها، مذيلة بحثي بفهرس للمصادر التي اعتمدتها، و الحمد لله رب العالمين.
