This study has aimed to analyze the experience of health insurance in the Syrian Arab Republic between 2010 and 2018 in order to know the extent of development in the health insurance sector during the study period. The study also has focused on thre
e basic indicators: the number of health insurers from 2010 to 2018, the distribution of health insurers in the government and private sector to health insurance expenses management companies, health insurance premiums. The researcher has studied and analyzed the basic health insurance indicators and showed their impact on the health development process in Syria. The study has achieved a set of results, the most important of which are: the poor level of insurance culture among the Syrian citizen, the impact of the war in Syria on the health insurance sector from the increase in the cost of providing health service to the insured for different types of service providers.
The aim of this research is to calculate the most important financial indicators that reflect the reality of the insurance market at the macro and micro levels in the Syrian Arab Republic, analyze the results, and make suggestions to improve the real
ity of the insurance companies. The descriptive methodology / survey based on the survey was based on the study of the phenomenon (the reality of insurance companies operating in Syria) as they exist in reality and described accurately, and the statistical program of social sciences SPSS was used in the analysis of the results. The most important results were the weak contribution of the insurance sector in the GDP, where it did not exceed 1.5% until after 2012, to reach the highest value of 4.1% in 2017, mainly due to the decline in GDP during the crisis years. The most important recommendations were the need to activate the role of insurance activity in the GDP and the national economy, in addition to the need to spread the culture of insurance in the community and the definition of its importance and the positive points achieved by the clients dealing with insurance from people to companies
This study addresses the problem of profitability in insurance companies and aims to analyze and discussion the impact of liquidity and capital adequacy and debt rate of National Insurance Company. Assuming that there is impact statistically signific
ant for each of the independent variables (liquidity, capital adequacy, debt rate) in the dependent variable (ROA). By using simple regression analysis to study the relationship between each dependent variable and a dependent variable and use the multiple regression analysis to study the impact of the independent variables together in the dependent variable. By using SPSS statistical analysis program. During the time from 2009 to 2016. The study showed inverse correlation but not statistically significant between (liquidity ratio and debt rate) and (ROA), and inverse correlation with statistically significant between (capital adequacy ratio) and (ROA).
The most important results of this study are that the National Insurance Company has a high level of solvency to ensure the risk of failure to recover part of its funds and this ensures that no reduction in the capital adequacy ratio (margin of solvency) is less than 150%, which is the permissible limit. In addition, that the liquidity ratio increased during the period and this confirms that the National Insurance Company is work to take its investment decisions to not exposing to a financial difficulty.
The aim of this study is to clarify the concept of reinsurance and the
most important methods used in return operations. The study was
based on the descriptive analytical approach. The study focused on
clarifying the theoretical aspects related to reinsurance.

The purpose of this study is know the role of marketing policies
that related with product, price, distribution and promotion on
costumer decision in privet insurance companies in Syria,
through preparing a questionnaire which had been refined and
verified of its credibility. The study concluded a main result,
which is that there is effect of Four marketing policies on
costumer decision of Syrian privet insurance companies, the
promotion policy came first in terms of importance followed by
pricing, distribution and finally the product. Finally the study
came up with a number of Recommendations, that can lead to
improve the reality of marketing practices in the private
insurance companies in Syria.
The insurer's obligation to declare insured risk data is the most important
obligation in the insurance contract. Based on this declaration, the
insured is able to determine all the terms of the contract.
This research was conducted on the insurance sector in Syria during
the period 2005 - 2014 (since its inception in Syria) represented by
twelve private insurance company that extended during the search
period on the entire area of Syria through th
e centers of these
companies and their branches and offices, and its delegates and
agents even though the activity of these companies and their spread
has receded with the onset of the crisis in Syria.
The purpose of conducting this research is to model the relationship
between the business volume and the employment volume in these
companies during the study period.
The research aims to describe the reality of empowering employees. And also to describe the reality of customer satisfaction in the private insurance companies in the city of Lattakia. As well as to identify the impact of the empowerment dimensions in the private insurance companies in customer satisfaction.
The importance of this study emerged to identify the relation
between workers empowerment and organizational loyalty level.
From the practical point, the importance of the study is represented
in the possibility of providing consultation and guida
nce to the
professionals in the human resources management to develop the
methods of workers empowerment in harmony with the job
enrichment of business the thing that reflects positively on creating
high degree of organizational loyalty at the workers.
