The study aimed to know the role of the school in the face of terrorism in the Syrian Arab Republic from the viewpoint of high school students, may be a community study of secondary school students from schools in the province of Homs for the acad emic year 2014/2015 totaling (4905) male and female students, and included a sample study ( 826) male and female students based on random cluster method, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was used as a means to collect data and information by the researcher was used descriptive analytical method.
The Research aims at recognizing the opinions of public high school teachers in Lattakia governorate, And determine the difference in their opinions according to many variables as: (Teacher Gender, School Place, Experience and both the Educational an d Scientific Qualifications). The Researcher chose a Sample, including 36 teacher of both genders "male and female" work in the Public High School during the school year 2013-2014. And to achieve the purposes of the Research, the Researcher designed a questionnaire. Then , the questionnaire to committee of nine arbitrators in both Damascus and Tishreen University, where the committee proved the questionnaire after it was applied to the group of 30 teachers, then calculating (Alfa Cronbagh), which evaluates in 0.91. The research showed the following results:(The size of the school violence is in the medium magnitude, and the Results showed that there are no important differences between the opinions of teachers of high school in Lattakia about the extent of the school violence there are in schools, according to the following variables:(Teacher Gender, School Place) and that there are important differences according to the following variables(teacher Experience and educational scientific qualification). In Conclusion, the Research included some proposals, the more important of them:( Find a substitute for the Beating Prevention Law, in way aims at making the student bears a part of his responsibility towards his life, study and school, and Open a discussion with students to express their opinions, and give trust to them).
The research has aimed to identify the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community in Homs and knowing the different responses of teachers participating in the research depending on the two c riteria of (sex , years of teaching experience) . The sample consisted of (303) male and female teachers who have been chosen randomly from the schools of Homs city. The researcher has followed the Descriptive approach in her survey and she has used a questionnaire kind of survey as a means to achieve the objectives of the research after it was tested for its validity and reliability. The most important findings of the study: 1 –The role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community has been highly evaluated by the teachers of the public secondary schools in Homs. 2 - There were no statistical significant differences in the average rate of teachers' responses on the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community according to the variable of sex. 3– There were statistical significant differences in the average rate of teachers' responses on the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community according to the variable of years of teaching experience for teachers with high record of years of experience.

The research aimed at identifying the degree of problems of teaching and achieving skill-objectives from the viewpoint of biology subject teachers in the Secondary stage, and identifying the effect of (gender, qualification, years of experience, tr aining courses) variables on problems of teaching and achieving skill objectives in biology subject. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire contained (34) statements was used to achieve the aim of the research. the research was applied on a random sample of biology teachers in the Secondary stage consisted of (126) teachers. The results of the research showed that the degree of problems of teaching and achieving skill-objectives from the viewpoint of biology teachers was high, the mean was (3.27) . In addition, the strongest degree of the problems was that the related to the educational environment and teaching techniques, while the degree of the problems related to the student, teacher, curricula was medium. the researcher also found that there was no significant statistical differences between the means of the degrees of the biology teacher's answers about teaching and achieving skillobjectives in biology subject according to (gender, qualification, years of experience, training courses) variables. The researcher suggested the necessity of conducting training courses aim at supervising teachers and enhancing their skills and teaching experience, and the necessity of preparing and improving the abilities of the educational environment and providing the needed teaching techniques for the new curricula.
