هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة مشكلات تدريس الأهداف المهارية و تحقيقها من وجهة نظر مدرسي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية، و معرفة أثر متغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، اتباع دورات تدريبية) على مشكلات تدريس الأهداف المهارية و تحقيقيا لدى الطلبة في مادة العلوم، و لتحقيق ذلك استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و استخدمت استبانة مكونة من ( 34 ) عبارة، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية من مدرسي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية بلغت ( 126 ) مد رساً و مدرسة. و توصل البحث إلى أن درجة مشكلات تدريس الأهداف المهارية و تحقيقها في مادة العلوم من وجهة نظر مدرسي العلوم كانت كبيرة، حيث بلغ المتوسط ( 3.27). و كانت المشكلات الأكثر قوة في درجتها هي المتعلقة بالبيئة التعليمية و بالتقنيات التعليمية، بينما كانت المشكلات المتعلقة بالمدرس و الطالب و المنهاج بدرجة متوسطة. كما توصل البحث إلى عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات مدرسي العلوم حول مشكلات تدريس الأهداف المهارية و تحقيقها في مادة العلوم، وفقاً لمتغيرات )الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، اتباع دورات تدريبية. و اقترح البحث ضرورة إجراء دورات تدريبية للمدرسين، تهدف إلى توجيه المدرسين و تعزيز مهاراتهم وخبراتهم التدريسية و ضرورة تهيئة و تحسين إمكانيات البيئة التعليمية و توفير التقنيات التعليمية المرتبطة بالمناهج الجديدة.
The research aimed at identifying the degree of problems of teaching and achieving skill-objectives from the viewpoint of biology subject teachers in the Secondary stage, and identifying the effect of (gender, qualification, years of experience, training courses) variables on problems of teaching and achieving skill objectives in biology subject. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire contained (34) statements was used to achieve the aim of the research. the research was applied on a random sample of biology teachers in the Secondary stage consisted of (126) teachers. The results of the research showed that the degree of problems of teaching and achieving skill-objectives from the viewpoint of biology teachers was high, the mean was (3.27) . In addition, the strongest degree of the problems was that the related to the educational environment and teaching techniques, while the degree of the problems related to the student, teacher, curricula was medium. the researcher also found that there was no significant statistical differences between the means of the degrees of the biology teacher's answers about teaching and achieving skillobjectives in biology subject according to (gender, qualification, years of experience, training courses) variables. The researcher suggested the necessity of conducting training courses aim at supervising teachers and enhancing their skills and teaching experience, and the necessity of preparing and improving the abilities of the educational environment and providing the needed teaching techniques for the new curricula.

This research aims defining the problems critical thinking related to
