The research aims to recognize theimpact oflogistic activities in improving services Establishments.Particularly of Tartousport In Syria's current circumstances. And that is, how the workers in Tartous Port envision it. The researchdepended on the descriptive, analytic method and it used a questionnaire for 200Employees who work for the general company of Tatous Port. The research incloses the impact oflogistics activities (Transport,Warehousing, Supplying, Use of information Technology) in improving of services establishments in: (Speed of sesponse, Interest, Tangibility, Reliabitity, Safety). The most important findings of the research are: -. The transport level of Tartous Port was weak, but the stowage levels wareacceptable. – The Supply Systems wasacceptable. In light of these results the researcher suggests some of recommendations which can contribute, if applied, in improving the quality of PortService.

This research aims to study the effect of the organizational structure of the three
dimensions(complexity, official, central) on the effectiveness of strategic management at
the General Company of Tartous Port, To achieve this goal, a questionnaire
was developed
to achieve this goal, where the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample of
managers (at all levels), The researcher used the descriptive approachin data collection, it
was relying on statistical analysis program (spss.20) in its analysis.
The researcher found many results such: There is a positive relationship between
independent variables ( complexity, official, and central in structure) of the dependent
variable (effectiveness of strategic management), the value of the correlation coefficient
between independent variables and dependent variable 82% , and coefficient of
determination 67%, considering the port is a government company with a large volume and
subject to the laws, regulation, and strict instruction. And works in a stable environment .
The researcher recommended the need to redesign the organizational structure of the
general company of Tartous port to suit the application of strategic management
effectively, in addition the promotion of vertical and horizontal organization and informal
communications as reflected positively on the workers, and thus the effectiveness of the
organization.
This Research Aims To Study The Requirements For The
Implementation Of Strategic Planning In The Port Governmental
Company Of Tartous, And The Existence Of Some Of These
Requirements In The Port Governmental Company Of Tartous.
This research aims to identify the organizational commitment level of workers in the
General port Company of Tartous and its relationship to job performance , this research
researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology by using a questionn
aire to gather
information, (70) questionnaire were questionnaire were distributed, collected and
analysed, the most important results includes that ; there is of a relatively high level of
organizational commitment among workers in the public company in the port of Tartus
with a mean ( 3.62 ), And also it was found a relatively high level of functionality to the
employees of the company with a mean (3.65) , in addition to, the finding of this research
shows a positive and significant correlation between the organizational and functionality
commitment and the employees in Port General Company of Tartous . Search results
confirmed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of
significance( 0.05) between the views of respondents about the study axes ( organizational
commitment and job performance ) according to personal variables (sex and marital status
).The researcher recommended the need to develop a strategy to activate and strengthen the
commitment in Port General Company of Tartous all employees participate in the
company, also developIing a strategy to evaluate the performance of employees on a
regular basis and assess the productivity of each employee in order to achieve a balance in
the distribution of work tasks and duties .
The present study aimed to discuss the concept of quality of
information provided by the MIS in the Syrian Telecommunications
company with identifying the most important dimensions of
information quality, and how to measure them in order to test their
impact on the decision making process.
The research aims to identify the role of organizational culture in the activation of

innovation and vision possessing a deep understanding of the creation of new jobs and take
advantage of the challenges to increase learning and growth contributes to the activation of
the company's decision-making process under study.
*The status of directors of the objectives are clear, organized and completed
efficiently and their quest for stability and job security contributes to the activation of the
decision making process in the company under study.
*The confirmation of managers to work efficiently in the completion of tasks, and
their interest in achieving a good performance at work, and the utilization of available
resources and the preservation of achieving a privileged position in performance and
attention to workers and increase their efficiency and follow up their achievements
contribute to activating the decision-making process in the company under study.
