The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the organizational support and the organizational loyalty of the staff at the Mouwasat Governmental Hospital. The organizational support that the nursing profession understands can have an effect on the level of organizational loyalty they want towards the hospital in which they work. Therefore aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the dimensions of organizational climate only the following (and clarity of purpose, effective communication, justice, equity, recognition and appreciation, teamwork) to enable workers w ho are in direct contact with inmates in hotels-rated five stars in the province of Damascus and its countryside. The study was applied to a sample of (400) employees, who were equally distributed within (10) hospitals (5 public ones – 5 private ones), that were spread in different areas in Damascus City.
