The aim of the current study was to identify the nature of employees’ atvitrales (positive or negative) attitudes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational structures of hospitals in public and private sectors in conducting administrative tasks. The study also aimed at investigating the differences in these attitudes according to a group of categorical variables (functional level, administrative affiliation, years of experience, academic qualification). In order to achieve these goals, a questionnaire was designed after checking its standard characteristics (validity and reliability), which included (25) items. The study was applied to a sample of (400) employees, who were equally distributed within (10) hospitals (5 public ones – 5 private ones), that were spread in different areas in Damascus City.

The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the organizational support and the organizational loyalty of the staff at the Mouwasat Governmental Hospital. The organizational support that the nursing profession understands ca n have an effect on the level of organizational loyalty they want towards the hospital in which they work. The most important dimensions of organizational support, which is influential in organizational loyalty. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the sample of the sample of 100 workers working in all sections of the hospital in Damascus.
The change is really going on in all the surrounding environment, and it makes developments in all environment: economic, technology, cultural and others, which leads us to the continuous adaptation with change circumstances to keep up with all-n ew condition, in order to stay in competitive state or at least maintain a presence, but this change may be a nuisance for those whom affected, and it forces them to face and respond it, due to personal or general reasons, so it is necessary to know 'what is the change, its causes, method of implementation, the objectives, how of the team respond to it, and see if the construction projects has special or unique features and if there is differences between them. A questionnaire conducted to find out these facts and try to infer the characteristics of public and private construction projects and compare between them, and offer suggestions and solutions for managers to learn how to deal with the circumstances and workers within the team, in order to in develop the project.
The objective of this study is to identify the various attitudes taken by male and female employees towards the woman's assuming leading administrative posts in the business establishments of the Omani society, and to point out the differences between male and female employees' attitudes in the light of variables such as: sex, social status, work experience, age and educational level.
