يهدف البحث لدراسة التدريب و انعكاساته في تحسين كفاءة اداء العاملين في المؤسسة
العامة السورية للتأمين و يهدف ايضا الى التعرف على اثر تدريب العاملين على ادائهم
و كيفية قيام هذه الشركة بالإعداد للبرامج التدريبية حيث ان التدريب هو استثمار طويل
الاجل لأهم موارد الشركة المبحوثة من خلال تطوير المهارات و المعارف لدى العاملين
و هذا يؤدي الى تحسين ادائهم في تقديم الخدمات للمستهلكين.
The research aim to study the training and its implicit
improving the efficiency of to the performance of employees
in the Syrian insurance company. The aim of this study was
to investigate the effect of training workers to act and how to
prepare this company training programs where the training is
investment long –term the most important resources of the
company researched through the development of skills and
knowledge of this leads to improve their performance in
providing services to consumers.
