The research deals An Analytic study for the factual of the Syrian public firm of insurance as one of the firms which work in the Syrian insurance market with the public firm for social security and the public firm of insurance and livelihood for t his we recognized from our research the job of this firm and its effect on economic activity in Syria from reserves which would be formed in the fund of this firm ,by investing it in the form that realize general profit at all scenes ,so we calculated the insurance gape for making a future estimation for learning the weaknesses and strength issues in the activity of the firm, at the end our previous study concluded several results the most important of them is an oscillation that happened in the changes which happened in the values of revenues and expenses during the period of our study, and showed occurrence a felt and clear effect on the social development process from the reserves which formed in the fund of the firm, and the expected futurism values of the reserves which grow with exponential form, that emphasize the continuity of the Syrian public firm of insurance in possessing the greatest share in the Syrian insurance market.
This research aims to introduce the species of insurance located in the Syrian market, and compare them in terms of return and risk resulting from each of them, in addition to trying to develop a model to measure the size of the development of the insurance sector in the Syrian market, using multivariate equations. Where the study showed that there is a difference between the types of insurance in terms of the size of the return and risk resulting from it has been shown that most types of insurance have an average profit, excluding motor insurance Complementary and mandatory, in addition to the most common types of insurance profitability is pension insurance, where profit per pound per 0.9991 followed by insurance against theft and transport insurance. Conversely study showed that the average profit of the fire is 0.6252 per SP one, but the risk in this type of insurance is very high risk where the standard deviation of about 2.06264, and followed in terms of high-risk insurance hulls of ships where the standard deviation for securing ships .81732. With regard to the following types: life insurance and pension insurance and engineering insurance of civil liability and personal insurance are all enjoying a good profit and the average rate risk is acceptable. The study recommended that insurance firms should carry out a study and the reality of insurance in the Syrian market in terms of the size of the risks and value of insurance premiums, especially life insurance types where there are no actuarial studies specialist, in addition to giving fire insurance and compulsory motor vehicle further study and development of many of the controls of would reduce the size of the dangers that it contains two types of insurance.
This study aimed to identify the impact of Computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers in the Establishment of Telecommunication in Tartous, to achieve the study's objectives a Questionnaire of (28) paragraphs –for the purpose of data collection and measurement of study variables- was designed and developed. The aim of the current study was to identify the nature of employees’ atvitrales (positive or negative) attitudes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational structures of hospitals in public and private sectors in conducting adminis trative tasks. The study also aimed at investigating the differences in these attitudes according to a group of categorical variables (functional level, administrative affiliation, years of experience, academic qualification). In order to achieve these goals, a questionnaire was designed after checking its standard characteristics (validity and reliability), which included (25) items. The study was applied to a sample of (400) employees, who were equally distributed within (10) hospitals (5 public ones – 5 private ones), that were spread in different areas in Damascus City.
