The study aime to clarify the concept of management, its importance, dimensions and requirements for its application in the organization under study, and to clarify the role of applying performance management in achieving success for the organization . The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach in her study, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was designed, and it was distributed to (119) respondents, from which (117) were retrieved, and (110) questionnaires were suitable for analysis, and the research community was made up of a cadre Workers at Tishreen University in Lattakia Governorate (university president, department heads, divisional heads, and employees), and then relied on the SPSS program as a tool for analyzing the available data. The study found a set of results, including: The employee is not involved in planning and goal-making, performance is not linked to opportunities for promotion, and the levels of behavioral competence required in the employee are not determined.
This study aimed to evaluate the training programs that implemented by ministry of Administrative Development in Syria, and their relation with competencies levels through the study of trainee’s points of views. this study was conducted using the fou r components of training program (trainer, trainee, environment and place of training, material of training) and the relation with the levels of competencies (knowledge, experience, skills, behavioral style). The study also included the relation of sex, age, the years of experience and educational qualification categories with training program.
The research aims to identify the reality of the work of tobacco workers union in Jablah Department, in order to stand on their success in protecting the interests and rights of members of workers, and to provide the necessary services to them, as well as to identify their role in improving the performance of workers in Jablah department. And the existence of a correlation statistically significant differences between the dimensions of the learning organization and improve the performance of employees. And the existence of significant differences between the views of managers and employees about the role of the dimensions of the learning organization in terms of performance improvement managers gave the highest degree of support staff
