Social problems at the Universities of Tishreen and Kalamoon students (Field social study)

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مضمون أهم المشكلات الاجتماعية التي تواجه طلبة جامعتي تشرين الحكومية و القلمون الخاصة و معرفتها و مقارنتها و ترتيبها حسب أهميتها في ضوء نوع الجامعة، و أيضاً وضع تصور مقترح لدور الجامعات لمواجهة هذه المشكلات و إمكانية حلها و الارتقاء بالأداء الأكاديمي الاجتماعي في كلا الجامعتين. و قد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يصف الظاهرة المدروسة كمّاً و كيفاً، و الطريقة المستخدمة هي تحليل المضمون لكتابات الطلاب للوقف على أهم مشكلاتهم الاجتماعية. و أداة الدراسة الاستبانة و هي مقننة و مضبوطة من حيث نص السؤال الوارد فيها و تساعد الباحث على وضع المبحوثين بحالة سكيولوجية واحدة. و أظهرت الدراسة نتائج نلخصها بأن أهم المشكلات الاجتماعية هي مشكلات تتعلق بالحياة الجامعية، و المناهج، و التدريس بنسبة 57.8%. و أخيراً جاءت المشكلات التي تتعلق بالحالة الصحية بنسبة 3.5% من إجمالي العينة. و أوصت الدراسة إلى وضع استراتيجية شاملة في الجامعة لمواجهة مثل هذه المشكلات عند الطلبة و إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لها، و إنشاء قسم لمتابعة مشكلات الطلبة و العمل على التخفيف منها و ليكن قريباً من الطلاب و يمكن أن يتضمن بنيته عيادة نفسية اجتماعية و عيادة طبية للجامعة بالإضافة إلى ربط مخرجات التعليم العالي بسوق العمل في المجتمع المحلي.

This study aimed to analyze the content of the most important social problems facing the Tishreen government universities students and Kalamoon, knowledge and compare them and arrange them according to their importance in the light of the university type, and also conceived a proposal to the role of universities to address these problems and their possible solution and improve the social and academic performance in both universities. The researcher has used descriptive analytical method which describes the phenomenon studied the quantity and quality and the method used is content analysis of the writings of students stood on the most important social problems and study tool questionnaire which is regulated and controlled in terms of the text of the question contained therein and help the researcher to develop the respondents Skjologih one condition. The results of the study can be summarized that the most important social problems are the problems of college life and Curriculum and Instruction by 57.8%, and finally came the problems related to the state of health by 3.5% of the total sample.. The study recommended to develop a comprehensive strategy at the university to cope with such problems when students and find appropriate solutions and also create a partition to follow students' problems and work to mitigate them and not close to the students and can include psychological and social structure clinic, medical clinic of the University as well as link outputs of higher education to the labor market in the local community.
