The current research aims to identify the problems facing the
kindergarten where (buildings and equipment available where and
problems of professional and social parameters), the research
community of the public kindergartens parameters (Women's
Union-Teachers Association) in the city of Damascus, has been
withdrawn randomized them the sample, which amounted to (82)
teachers, and researcher used the following tools: a questionnaire
prepared by the researcher, has been used descriptive and analytical
approach so as to appropriateness of the nature of the search.
The research aims to introduce the Problems of teaching
Literature tor Arabic learners of other languages speakers from the
perspective of teachers. The research addresses the problems of
the texts in the courses of Arabic-teaching for general purposes.
This research clarifies the concept of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), its
economic importance and studies the contribution of conventional banks in the financing,
and the issues that prevent the arrival of the required funding to those facili
ties. Whereas
many economists believe that the development of SMEs and encouraging its establishment
is one of the most important tributaries of the economic and social development. It
considers as a basic starting point to increase production capacity on the one hand, and to
contribute solving the problems of poverty and unemployment on the other hand.
Therefore, many countries increase its interests in these enterprises, and provided them
with help and assistance in various ways, according to available possibilities. The most
important findings of the research:
-There is a strong positive correlation between the size of the traditional public and
private credit facility banking granted to SMEs and GDP.
-These facilities contribute by an important proportion in employment and foreign
trade to the national economy.
-These facilities share form a small percentage of the total volume of credit facilities
granted by existed conventional banks, public and private.
The research found several proposals, including:
-To increase SMEs' access to various financing instruments in the market, in addition
to develop and evaluate the effectiveness and the size of the funding mechanisms provided
by the financial institutions, and to develop the operation system of local banks so that the
system becomes more flexible,
-To adopt a national standard definition of small and medium enterprises.
- To advance the business environment of SMEs, which by consequence contributes
in promoting and supporting its role in the national economy.
This research aims defining the problems critical thinking related to
each of the following themes: (teacher, classroom environment,
curriculum content, teaching techniques, calendar, school
environment) from a sample of teachers of the first cycl
e of basic
education schools look numbered (125) teachers and a teacher in the
city of protoplasm. Where the use of a questionnaire included the
education problems of critical thinking in each of the previous hubs,
have reached research is to identify a range of problems including:
asylum teacher to orders and instructions in dealing with students,
double the rehabilitation of teacher training, lack of interest in
school administration by providing guide instructs the teacher to
how teach critical thinking, not to employ modern technologies in
educational activities, fit the calendar with methods that focus on
conservation and memorization techniques.
This study aimed to analyze the content of the most important social problems facing
the Tishreen government universities students and Kalamoon, knowledge and compare
them and arrange them according to their importance in the light of the universit
y type, and
also conceived a proposal to the role of universities to address these problems and their
possible solution and improve the social and academic performance in both universities.
The researcher has used descriptive analytical method which describes the phenomenon
studied the quantity and quality and the method used is content analysis of the writings of
students stood on the most important social problems and study tool questionnaire which is
regulated and controlled in terms of the text of the question contained therein and help the
researcher to develop the respondents Skjologih one condition. The results of the study can
be summarized that the most important social problems are the problems of college life and
Curriculum and Instruction by 57.8%, and finally came the problems related to the state of
health by 3.5% of the total sample.. The study recommended to develop a comprehensive
strategy at the university to cope with such problems when students and find appropriate
solutions and also create a partition to follow students' problems and work to mitigate them
and not close to the students and can include psychological and social structure clinic,
medical clinic of the University as well as link outputs of higher education to the labor
market in the local community.
This study aims to identifythe effect of hearing impairment on the the development
of communication of poor-hearing children. Validity and reliability have been examined
for the instrument and were approved to be usedin the current study.The instru
ment was
developed by the researcher and consisted of (32) items. The Sample consisted of (50)
families of the hearing impaired children.
The most frequent problemswerethe child’s request for repeating the speech and
were related to finding difficulties in continuing the conversation. The least common
problem was that the child moved away from others. The finding showed that there were
no significant statistical differences in the effect of gender of poor-hearing children on the
development of communicationand in their parents’ educathional level.
This research dealt with an identification of some problems
that confronting with Extension Agent works in Tartous province.
This research depended on a questionnaire traditional indent in
which data were collected ,through the correspondence with
a
random sample of 224 quid ,and data were analyzed statistically by
using repetition and percentages whereas the majority of the
inspected were basically suffering from lack of financial
motivations, additional wages, adequate transportation, the large
number of rurals who are required to deal with ,the lack of
requirements of the guidance work ,the lack of flexibility to do the

This study aimed at exploring reality and the most critical obstacles that face smallscale
industrial firms and identifying the extent to which these firms utilize networking, in
Jordan. To achieve the objectives of this study the researcher develo
ped a questionnaire to
collect data. The study society included all small industrial enterprise in Irbed and Amman
Governorates (1179) in 2009, whereas The drawed sample consists of (274) enterprise,
The main findings of the study are: A set of obstacles faces small industrial enterprises.
Most important: high tax rates, repercussions of an international economic crisis, high raw
materials prices, competition from local large enterprises Small industrial enterprises, in
addition this study founds quantity of networks with other small firms as well as large
firms.
This research has aimed to identify the most important problems in the Open Learning from the students' viewpoint in the University of Damascus.
The survey has been applied on the enrolled students of the Final Year of the Open Learning in 2012-
2013 . The original population of the study is (2100) students. As for the study sample, it included (210) students from the original population which might constitute 10% of the original population, they have been chosen randomly.
The researcher has followed the descriptive analytical approach in her survey and she has used the questionnaire as a means to achieve the objectives of the research for the students at the University of Damascus, Open Learning, after it was tested for its validity and reliability. It included four dimensions:(the administrative affairs (16 items), curricula (10 items), examinations (4 items), teachers ( 5 items)).
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the degree of practicing transformational leadership by principals of Zarqa Governorate and their teachers' organizational citizenship behavior. Two hundreds and fifty six basic and hi
gh school teachers participated in this study. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership overall and its dimensions were being moderately correlated to teachers organizational citizenship behavior and its four dimensions: altruism, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and courtesy respectively. On the other hand, transformational leadership overall and its dimensions were weakly correlated to teachers sportsmanship behavior. Furthermore, the results indicated that transformational leadership predicted (0.37) of teachers' organizational citizenship behavior variance and the best predictor was idealized influence (0.47), followed by inspirational motivation (0.36). More over, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation were found to be insignificant predictor of teachers organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, the study ended by offering a number of recommendations for practice and research.
