The research aims to identify the level of social responsibility among university students in the universities of Damascus and rebirth, and to identify the role of the university in the concept of social responsibility to the university youth development, and develop proposals to activate the role of universities in promoting the concepts of social responsibility, the researcher has used the comparative approach and descriptive analytical method based on the scale social responsibility and identify the concepts of social responsibility among university students Measures search to answer research questions, and applied research on a stratified random sample reached(100) students from Damascus University students and 100 students from the Baath.

researcher was adopted in his study descriptive and analytical approach
being more curriculum in line with the this study, based on
questionnaires, the first questionnaire regarding the level of university
students participate in university activities in Baath University, and the
second questionnaire regarding the level of social responsibility among
university students at Al-Baath University, and applied study on a
sample of Baath University students / fourth year / composed of (425 )
students.
This study aimed to analyze the content of the most important social problems facing
the Tishreen government universities students and Kalamoon, knowledge and compare
them and arrange them according to their importance in the light of the universit
y type, and
also conceived a proposal to the role of universities to address these problems and their
possible solution and improve the social and academic performance in both universities.
The researcher has used descriptive analytical method which describes the phenomenon
studied the quantity and quality and the method used is content analysis of the writings of
students stood on the most important social problems and study tool questionnaire which is
regulated and controlled in terms of the text of the question contained therein and help the
researcher to develop the respondents Skjologih one condition. The results of the study can
be summarized that the most important social problems are the problems of college life and
Curriculum and Instruction by 57.8%, and finally came the problems related to the state of
health by 3.5% of the total sample.. The study recommended to develop a comprehensive
strategy at the university to cope with such problems when students and find appropriate
solutions and also create a partition to follow students' problems and work to mitigate them
and not close to the students and can include psychological and social structure clinic,
medical clinic of the University as well as link outputs of higher education to the labor
market in the local community.
The study aimed to identify the role of university youth in
achieving development in its different dimensions (sociocultural-
social-political). To achieve this goal, the researcher
prepared a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of
students of Damascus University, consisting of 566 students.
This study aimed to explain the effect of educational service quality at Al
Baath university students' satisfaction. In order to achieve the aims of this
study, a specific questionnaire was developed and circulated sample of
students in Al Baath University. ( 300 ) usable questionnaires were retried
