The research aims at determining the degree of the practice of administrative tasks related to the functions of the management by private kindergarten principals in the areas of: planning, organizing and directing the kindergarten work, and evaluating work performance. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was done . It was distributed for (65) private kindergarten principals in the city of Lattakia, and (59) questionnaires were returned back. In order to achieve the goals of this research, a questionnaire was built and distributed over (80) kindergarten teachers through Jableh city. There were received (79) questionnaires back of the total number distributed. According to the received questionnaires and depending on suitable statistics methods. The following results were concluded: 1- The degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational accountability is medium from the point of teacher's view. 2- The level of job satisfaction for kindergarten principals in Jableh city is medium from the point of teacher's view. 3- - There is a good positive relationship of a statistic indication of (a=0.05) between the degree of application of kindergarten principals in Jableh city of the Educational accountability and the level of job satisfaction from the point of teacher's view. The research recommends: 1- The necessity of the directorate of education to hold training courses and seminars for the kindergarten principals how to apply the educational accountability in the kindergarten, and how to raise the level of job satisfaction among the kindergarten staff. 2- Encouraging the kindergarten staff by the kindergarten principals to plan recreational programs and hold concerts from time to time in order to develop social ties among them. 3- The principals are keen to give the teachers financial incentives to achieve their job and thus be a catalyst for more work and giving.
The research aim to identify the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City, and exploration the effect the variables (educational qualification, exp erience, training courses) about in the degree of practicing the performance competencies which required for them. To achieve the object of the research a questionnaire has been included (76) methods, distributed to six areas competencies (Planning, regulation the Class-Room environment, execution, evaluation, personality, sociality), then applied to a sample of (198) Kindergarten care takers for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen Universities. Pilot sample consisted of (36) Kindergarten care takers, Reliability was established by Cronbach – Alpha Reliability at least (0.877). The research ended up with the following results, the level of the performance Education for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies limited for them in Lattakia City was middle degree. There was no statistically significant differences in the level of the performance for Kindergartens Care takers in the light of the Necessary competencies for them according to (educational qualification, experience), while the results showed significant differences according to training courses). Among these suggestions was the application training programs for Kindergarten care takers for developing performance to raising their duality of performance, and having training courses to Kindergarten care takers.
The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their Schools. The research also aimed to study the differences significance between the average points of the research sample of the Secondary Schools Managers according to the following variables: (sex, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (56) has been applied on a sample of (403) teachers, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018), also the current research used Descriptive analytical method and to approve the questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this domain. The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
