The study aimed to identify the environmental awareness among the kindergarten children
(high, middle, low) in Lattakia city. In order to achieve this objective, the sample of the
research of kindergarten children was selected from public and priva
te kindergartens. The
number of the sample reached (180) children of the age (5-6) years. This sample was
chosen stratified randomly. The researcher used the descriptive method to achieve the
objectives of the study.
The research tool consisted of a non-verbal environmental awareness scale, which was
developed by the researcher to suit the developmental characteristics of the kindergarten
child in The Syrian Environment. The study found that the level of the environmental
awareness of kindergarten children in Lattakia was high. The results also showed that there
were no differences between kindergarten children in their environmental awareness
according to gender and kindergarten's own.
This research aims to identify the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten
of Lattakia, from the viewpoint of the teachers; it also aims to identify the differences in
their views about the reality of the right to participate in the
kindergarten of Lattakia
according to (scientific and educational qualification, years of experience, and training
courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses a questionnaire that
consists of (36) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the research which
targets of (230) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2017- 2018).
The results have shown that:
1- Lattakia kindergartens provide children with the right of getting information
in the first place, followed by the right of expressing their opinions and listening to them.
2- Kindergartens care about providing different resources in getting
information (pictures, books, stories, and others educational aids…).
3- There are statistical differences in the viewpoints of kindergartens teachers
in regard to children right in participating in kindergartens, these differences are due to the
scientific and educational qualification between post-graduate studies teachers and teachers
who hold a diploma in education in favor of master and doctoral degrees teachers.
According to training variable, differences came in favor of the teachers who attended
training courses in kindergartens.
The study aimed at determining the training needs of kindergarten
mothers in achieving social and Sentimental goals during crises. The
descriptive approach was adopted through the use of identifying the
training needs of kindergarten mothers as a
tool for study. The study
sample included (120) mothers of kindergarten children in the city
Homs, were randomly selected cluster.
The research aims to learn more about management styles prevalent
among managers of kindergartens from the viewpoint of the
parameters. Creative behavior and know the level of kindergarten
teachers in the province of Damascus. It defines the relat
ionship
between the administrative and creative patterns and behavior. And
know the differences between the scores of answers to sample
individuals to identify managerial styles and to identify creative
behavior depending on the variables of research: (qualification,
years of experience). And it adopted a researcher on the analytical
descriptive approach, and the researcher used a questionnaire to
measure patterns of four administrative behavior patterns, and
identify creative behavior. The sample consisted of search (238)
parameter of kindergarten teachers in the province of Damascus.
The research aims to identify the effectiveness of linguistic
activities in the auditory discrimination skill development at a
sample of kindergarten children (5-6 years). And to achieve this
goal researcher followed a semi-experimental method, and used
two tools (linguistic activities program and auditory discrimination
test.
This research aims to identify the reality of the right to play in the kindergarten of
Lattakia, and its importance from the viewpoint of the parameters, it aims also to identify
the differences in their views about the reality of the right to play
in the kindergarten of
Lattakia according to (kindergarten location, scientific and educational qualification, years
of experience, training courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses
a questionnaire that consists of (40) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the
research which consists of (272) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2016- 2017).
Results have shown that:
1- The right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia was present to an intermediate
level, and its importance was present to a high level
2- There are no differences among sample members point of view regarding the level
of the right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (years of experience).
3- There are differences according to kindergarten location in favor of the city,
according to scientific and educational qualification in favor of the university degree
educational campaign ,and according to training courses in favor of teachers who followed
training courses.
The research aimed at building a participatory training program for
undergraduate teachers in the Kindergarten Department to improve
the skills of activity planning. The sample included 70 female
teachers-- 35 participants in the experimental group and 35
participants in the control group. The skills for activity planning
have been defined.
The research aims to identify the impact of positive thinking
among kindergarten teachers in the province of Damascus in
the degree of job satisfaction with, and knowledge of the
differences in the degree of job satisfaction to have depending
on variables (sector, which they follow him, the type of
qualification).
The study aimed to determine the degreeof availability of social
skills in children's programs on Syrian television and Cartoon
Network Arabic channels, and to achieve this is to use a list of
appropriate social skills for children kindergarten pr
epared by the
researcher, and included basic skills list, including 24 sub-skill, was
the use of descriptive and analytical approach and showed results of
the analysis in children's programs for the third category that (social
skills on Syria TV) got more duplicates (of social skills on the
Cartoon Network channel in Arabic), while there is available skills
in the children's programs provided for kindergarten children on
two channels, the study concluded that a set of proposals.
This research aims at determining the degree of application of kindergarten principals in
lattkia city of the principles of Business Processes Re-engineering and the elements of
administrative creativity from the point of teachers view, and studyin
g whether there is a statistic
relationship between the degree of application of kindergarten principals in lattkia city of the

In order to achieve the goals of this research, a questionnaire was built and distributed over
(180) kindergarten teachers through Lattkia city.
