This study aimed to identify the training requirements of teachers in classroom management as perceived by teachers themselves in first six cases of the basic education in state education schools in the province of Damascus, and to identify the ef fect of each of the following independent parameters: gender, the class which is taught by the teacher, scientific qualification, educational qualification, years of experience.
The present research aimed to define the training needs of educational supervisors in Syrian Arab Republic, as seen by educational supervisors. In addition, to know whether there is a difference between the opinions of the supervisors about their training needs according to the variables of gender, scientific and educational qualifications, and their experience in educational supervision.
The present study aimed at investigating the perspectives of Arabic Language teachers in North-eastern Badia Directorate of Education of their training needs based on their knowledge of economy standards. The variables of the study are gender, qual ification and years of experience.
The study was conducted in Damascus district, due to the importance of vegetable cultivation in this area. Two towns were selected randomly and four villages from each selected town with ten vegetable farmers from each selected village were random ly selected for the study. Thus, the total size of the sample was 80 farmers. The data was collected with the help of specially designed and pre-tested interview schedule. The objectives of the study were; to study some socio - economic variables of vegetable growers, and to know their sources of agricultural information, marketing channels, training needs and the main constraints faced them in producing and marketing of vegetables.
The study aimed at determining the training needs of kindergarten mothers in achieving social and Sentimental goals during crises. The descriptive approach was adopted through the use of identifying the training needs of kindergarten mothers as a tool for study. The study sample included (120) mothers of kindergarten children in the city Homs, were randomly selected cluster.
The goal of research is to identify training needs in the skills of scientific research to graduate students in the College of Education at the University of Damascus from the point of view of students. The significance of differences among a sample search individuals to identify training needs in the skills of scientific research according to the research variables: (sex, scientific stage, full-time study).
