يهدف البحث للتعرف إلى واقع حق الطفل في المشاركة من وجهة نظر مربيات رياض أطفال مدينة اللاذقية، و كذلك إلى الفروق في تقدير أفراد عينة البحث لواقع حق الطفل في المشاركة ضمن رياض أطفال مدينة اللاذقية من وجهة نظر المربيات تبعاً للمتغيرات الآتية (المؤهل العلمي و التربوي، و عدد سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية)، و اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم استبانة مؤلفة من (36) عبارة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة البحث التي بلغت (230) مربية من مربيات رياض الأطفال في مدينة اللاذقية للعام الدراسي (2017-2018). و أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: 1- توفر رياض الأطفال في مدينة اللاذقية للطفل الحق في الحصول على المعلومات في المرتبة الأولى يليه الحق في الاستماع لرأي الطفل ثم الحق في إبداء الرأي. 2- تهتم رياض الأطفال بتوفير مصار مختلفة للطفل للحصول على المعلومات من صور و كتب و قصص و وسائل تعليمية و غيرها... 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهات نظر مربيات رياض الأطفال بالنسبة لواقع حق الطفل في المشاركة في رياض الأطفال تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و التربوي بين حملة الماجستير فما فوق و كل من حملة (ثانوية أو معهد متوسط، و الإجازة الجامعية) لصالح حملة الماجستير فما فوق، و تبعا لمتغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح المربيات اللواتي اتبعن دورات تدريبية في رياض الأطفال.
This research aims to identify the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten of Lattakia, from the viewpoint of the teachers; it also aims to identify the differences in their views about the reality of the right to participate in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (scientific and educational qualification, years of experience, and training courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses a questionnaire that consists of (36) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the research which targets of (230) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2017- 2018). The results have shown that: 1- Lattakia kindergartens provide children with the right of getting information in the first place, followed by the right of expressing their opinions and listening to them. 2- Kindergartens care about providing different resources in getting information (pictures, books, stories, and others educational aids…). 3- There are statistical differences in the viewpoints of kindergartens teachers in regard to children right in participating in kindergartens, these differences are due to the scientific and educational qualification between post-graduate studies teachers and teachers who hold a diploma in education in favor of master and doctoral degrees teachers. According to training variable, differences came in favor of the teachers who attended training courses in kindergartens.

This research aims to identify the reality of the right to play in the kindergarten of
Lattakia, and its importance from the viewpoint of the parameters, it aims also to identify
the differences in their views about the reality of the right to play
in the kindergarten of
Lattakia according to (kindergarten location, scientific and educational qualification, years
of experience, training courses). This research adopts the descriptive approach, and it uses
a questionnaire that consists of (40) phrases as a tool to collect data from the sample of the
research which consists of (272) teachers in the kindergarten of Lattakia (2016- 2017).
Results have shown that:
1- The right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia was present to an intermediate
level, and its importance was present to a high level
2- There are no differences among sample members point of view regarding the level
of the right to play in the kindergarten of Lattakia according to (years of experience).
3- There are differences according to kindergarten location in favor of the city,
according to scientific and educational qualification in favor of the university degree
educational campaign ,and according to training courses in favor of teachers who followed
training courses.

Spearman-Brown.
The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the
Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came
middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree
of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City
of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and
educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the
Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The
research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train
Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches
about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
