The study focuses on studying the strategy of targeting the exchange
rate as one of the strategic frameworks of Islamic monetary policy
in the Pakistani economy, By focusing on what the exchange rate
targeting and the most important requirements o
f success in the
Pakistani economy, as well as review factors affecting the behavior
of exchange rate in Pakistan and analysis of stability during the
study period, to offer a mechanism to target exchange rate in the
Pakistani economy.

countries and organizations to it .The research found a number of results, and made some
proposals.
In light of the rapid developments witnessed by the world of globalization and
integration to the global economy and large developments in information and
communications technology, taking the competitive concept widely watched, and the
developing
countries have taken, including Arab and positioning themselves for the Twins
and these developments for the benefit of private pursuing policies and reforms that create
habitat advantages Economic appropriate to enhance their competitiveness in an open
world to trade and to foreign investment. On this basis, Syria has adopted the concept of
competitiveness in order to raise the level of performance of public institutions and the
business sector, and work to create more investment opportunities that would contribute to
enhance their competitiveness. Find it and mainly aimed at the Syrian site within the
competitive indicators according to international reports, highlighting the ranking
compared to other Arab countries.
Many of the our communities problems (urban and rural) will not be solved unless
the citizens of these communities participate in planning to solve them, because they have
the most knowledge about their communities because of their daily contact wi
th these
problems. Research target starts here to excite the attention of local community citizens to
the importance of their participation in the planning and development programs of their
communities, and highlight the role of neighbourhoods committees of local community
participation for the planners of development programs, and the role of these committees in
order to work out how to activate their role to be used in the development of the local
community participation process.
Then the search results come to show that the local community participation is one of
tools that increase the social environment efficiency, and one of the ways that build the
community which helps people to identify their problems and deal with them by the
participating in the decision-making during the process of planning, construction,
management of projects and investment of the local civil abilities (financial and human) in
order to decrease the state burdens.
Recently, knowledge-based economy became a controversial issue among economists. As many of them consider knowledge to be the only way to maximize competitiveness, others see that knowledge has negative impacts, which would lead to other than that.
