The research aims to detect the possibility of secondary schools management in the city of Lattakia, according to total quality management from the perspective of teachers, And to know the differences in attitudes towards management of secondary schools, according to the concept of total quality depending on the following variables (sex, educational qualification, years of teaching experience). The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their Schools. The research also aimed to study the differences significance between the average points of the research sample of the Secondary Schools Managers according to the following variables: (sex, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (56) has been applied on a sample of (403) teachers, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018), also the current research used Descriptive analytical method and to approve the questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this domain. Its constancy was assured by applying it on a pilot sample consisted of (82) teachers, in Lattakia City through Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.952), and (0.473) at Spearman-Brown. The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The purpose of the research is to identify the reality of the transformational leadership in the general secondary schools in Damascus, and the suggestions for activating its application from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher design ed a questionnaire consisting of (28) items divided into five axes. After being verified and validated, (220) members of the administrative staff, and (347) members of the teaching staff, and after the necessary statistical treatments, the research showed results, the most important of which are the following: - The average score of secondary school principals for transformational leadership (2.56), ie average grade. - There were no statistically significant differences between the average degree of principals of secondary education for transformational leadership according to the variables: years of experience, scientific qualification and gender of the sample members. - There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the members of the administrative body, and the average responses of faculty members on the reality of transformational leadership. - - Appreciating the efforts of the employees, providing them with incentive incentives, and setting up training courses for managers in the field of transformational leadership are the most important proposals of the sample to activate the application of transformational management in secondary education schools.
The present research sought to find out the attitudes of a sample of teachers of public secondary schools towards early retirement, and to what extent these attitudes differ according to the research variables. The number of the study sample consist ed of teachers. (399) The researcher used a measure of the attitude towards early retirement which was tested for its valuably and veniality The most important search results: The order of the reasons why the teacher tend to early retirement was as follows: health, materialistic, psychological, social, functional. The research has aimed to identify the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community in Homs and knowing the different responses of teachers participating in the research depending on the two c riteria of (sex , years of teaching experience) . The sample consisted of (303) male and female teachers who have been chosen randomly from the schools of Homs city. The researcher has followed the Descriptive approach in her survey and she has used a questionnaire kind of survey as a means to achieve the objectives of the research after it was tested for its validity and reliability. The most important findings of the study: 1 –The role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community has been highly evaluated by the teachers of the public secondary schools in Homs. 2 - There were no statistical significant differences in the average rate of teachers' responses on the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community according to the variable of sex. 3– There were statistical significant differences in the average rate of teachers' responses on the role of school management in maintaining the relationship between the school and the local community according to the variable of years of teaching experience for teachers with high record of years of experience.
This research aims to reveal the difficulties faced by the tenth grade students in learning material information technology in secondary schools official in Lattakia province. To achieve this goal has been prepared questionnaire consisting of 40 it ems divided into (5) domains. Applied to the (248) students in the tenth grade in Lattakia province The results showed that most of the difficulties faced by the students were as follows: In the field of physical difficulties: number of computers are limited compared to the large number of students. In the area of personal difficulties: the lack of a computer in my house - There are no differences between males and females about the difficulties they face in learning the information technology course. - There are no differences between rural students and students in the city about the difficulties they face in learning the information technology course.
