يمثل وباء السمنة عند الأطفال عبئاً عالمياً رئيسياً على الصحة العامة, حيث تكثُر الأسباب المؤدية لها وتؤدي لمشاكل في مرحلة الطفولة قد تمتد لمرحلة البلوغ. وتقف ممرضات الأطفال في الخط الأمامي لتقييم وتدبير السمنة عند الأطفال, وتمثل معلوماتهن جوهر دورهن في مواجهة السمنة عند الأطفال. لذا هدفت الدراسة الوصفية الحالية إلى تقييم معلومات عينة متاحة مكونة من 50 ممرضة أطفال حول السمنة عند الأطفال في مشفى تشرين الجامعي باستخدام استبيان مطور من قبل الباحث. ووجدت هذه الدراسة بأن النسبة الأعلى للممرضات كانت إجاباتهن صحيحة حول أسباب السمنة والعوامل المؤهبه لها وكذلك مضاعفاتها وإجراءات تدبيرها. وأوصت بعمل دورات تدريبية وتثقيفية دورية للممرضات, وإدراج تثقيف أهالي الأطفال المؤهبين للإصابة بالسمنة ضمن الإجراءات التمريضية, وإجراء مزيد من الأبحاث حول معلومات ممرضات الأطفال عن السمنة عند الأطفال والعوامل المؤثرة عليها
The obesity epidemic in children is a major global burden on public health, with many causes leading to childhood problems that may extend into adulthood. Pediatric nurses are on the front line to assess and manage childhood obesity, and their knowledge of childhood obesity is at the core of their role in addressing this problem. Therefore, the present descriptive study aimed to evaluate the available sample information of 50 pediatric nurses on childhood obesity in Tishreen University Hospital using a questionnaire developed by the researcher. This study found that the highest percentage of nurses answered correctly about the causes of obesity and its predisposing factors as well as their complications and management procedures. It recommended regular training and education courses for nurses, including the education of parents of children who are predisposed to obesity in nursing procedures, and further research on pediatric nurses' information on childhood obesity and its influencing factors

Effective prevention of communicable diseases in kindergartens do not only protect
the health of children and staff, but ensure learning heavenly environment to support the
healthy development of children. So this descriptive study aimed to assess
the information
of all kindergartens Teachers in 20 kindergartens using a random sample of cluster method
at Lattakia City about communicable diseases and procedures to adjust the spread from
18/3/2015 through 10/5/2015. Data was collected by using a questionnaire developed by
the researcher has achieved validity and reliability suitable for the study. Results of the
study showed that the level of information level was average about the types of infectious
diseases and very good with regard to ways transmission of infectious diseases and
environmental factors cause. The study recommended: that the kindergartens
administration in collaboration with the health sectors and the Directorate of Education to
prepare and plan for health education programs on adjusting and prevent infectious
diseases from spreading in kindergartens throughout the study year period and to identify
effective strategies for health education.
Asthma is the most common chronic disease in childhood, the
incidence progresses and constitutes a public health problem which needs
the research of factors that increase the incidence and severity of crisis, and
among these factors IgG4 deficiency. Therefore the objective of the study is
to know the effect of IgG4 deficiency on severity and evolution of asthma in

This paper presents a review of the information extraction mechanism to construct a generic framework for document extraction with aim of providing a solid base for upcoming research.
Nursing staff exposed to musculoskeletal problems associated with work while
providing nursing care because of the erroneous practice of mechanical body, This study
aimed to assess the level of nursing staff information about the use of mechanical
body and
the extent of their use of mechanical body within the nursing activities ,This study was
conducted on the author of a sample of 65 nurse in surgery and internal and intensive care
at University Hospital Assad where he was interviewed every nurse on the end were
evaluated their knowledge by assessing information form was then assess how their use of
body mechanics within specific activities in nursing care using the observational checklist ,
the study concluded that the level of information and practices of nursing staff about
mechanical body ranged between poor and average, the study recommended the need to
raise the level of information and practices of nursing staff about good mechanical body
through training and educational programs and lectures.
