The main goal behind this research is to determine the future role of the faculty of education - university of Al-Baath in regards to the development of the local community in the fields of scientific consultation and research, public awareness, training and education, from the viewpoint and vision of its educational staff. A descriptive research has been conducted, and 52 staff members within the facility were surveyed during the second curriculum of 2016/2017.

This research aims to determine the level of critical
thinking among classroom teacher department students in
Faculty Of Education Al-Baath University
who assimilate (67) students. Those students represent the 667

To achieve the main goal for this research, the research
used Watson&Glassar measurement after improving it and
then examining its sycometric characteristics.
The objective of the research is to evaluate the quality of the master's
program in the Faculty of Education at the University of Al-Baath in the
fields of (mechanisms for acceptance and registration of students,
equipment, devices and techniques used, courses, teaching staff and
methods of teaching, scientific supervision, assessment methods).
The research aimed at building a participatory training program for
undergraduate teachers in the Kindergarten Department to improve
the skills of activity planning. The sample included 70 female
teachers-- 35 participants in the experimental group and 35
participants in the control group. The skills for activity planning
have been defined.
This study aims at recognizing the influence of some factors; the
nationality of students, academic year, gender of the lecturer and the
lecturer's academic status, in evaluating the staff teaching performance as
one aspect of educational performa
nce. The research tool designed for
this purpose comprises 58 statement grouped under four categories and
