The research aims to identify the role of organizational culture in the activation of participation in decision-making in the General Company for the port of Latakia process. Adopted Find descriptive approach and included the research community all the administrative staff at the General Company for the port of Latakia, the research sample are soft sample of administrative staff totaled (200) administrative workers were distributed the questionnaire to them and returned them (182) questionnaire is complete and ready for statistical analysis, and response rate (91%). And the adoption of appropriate statistical methods was the most important results that have been reached: *The harmony between workers and their confidence Bmadraihm and dedication to work, in addition to the keenness of directors authorized subordinates and develop their abilities and their morale and encourage them to contribute to collective action to activate the decision making process in the company under study. *Encouraging managers to employees urging them to innovate and actually growth, innovation and vision possessing a deep understanding of the creation of new jobs and take advantage of the challenges to increase learning and growth contributes to the activation of the company's decision-making process under study. *The status of directors of the objectives are clear, organized and completed efficiently and their quest for stability and job security contributes to the activation of the decision making process in the company under study. *The confirmation of managers to work efficiently in the completion of tasks, and their interest in achieving a good performance at work, and the utilization of available resources and the preservation of achieving a privileged position in performance and attention to workers and increase their efficiency and follow up their achievements contribute to activating the decision-making process in the company under study.

The goal of this study is to identify the effect of regulatory culture with its five dimensions (Administration of change, goals achievement, group work, orientation towards the client and cultural strength) in Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi (BBSF) on the clients' loyalty that is behavioral, situational, cognitive and mandatory.
This research aims to study the effect of the organizational structure of the three dimensions(complexity, official, central) on the effectiveness of strategic management at the General Company of Tartous Port, To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was developed to achieve this goal, where the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample of managers (at all levels), The researcher used the descriptive approachin data collection, it was relying on statistical analysis program (spss.20) in its analysis. The researcher found many results such: There is a positive relationship between independent variables ( complexity, official, and central in structure) of the dependent variable (effectiveness of strategic management), the value of the correlation coefficient between independent variables and dependent variable 82% , and coefficient of determination 67%, considering the port is a government company with a large volume and subject to the laws, regulation, and strict instruction. And works in a stable environment . The researcher recommended the need to redesign the organizational structure of the general company of Tartous port to suit the application of strategic management effectively, in addition the promotion of vertical and horizontal organization and informal communications as reflected positively on the workers, and thus the effectiveness of the organization.
The aim of this study was to identify the level of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and organizational effectiveness. The study examines the effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness from the perspective of workers in Damascus Electricity General Company. In order to achieve these objectives the researcher used the Correlational Research approach. Questionnaire consisted of (45) items has designed to collect the primary data, it has been distributed to a sample of (82) employees, a (51) Questionnaires were analyzed by using the statistical program (SPSS). Findings indicated a high level of transformational leadership where the average (4.69), a medium degree of organizational commitment of workers where the mean value reached (3.50), the ratings of a sample of organizational effectiveness was medium where the average (3.48).The study concludes that there is a statistically significant effect of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness. The study recommended to increase the practice of Transformational Leadership. Because of its role in creating the organizational commitment of employees, in order to increase the level of organizational effectiveness of company, which will reflected on raising the level of company’ economic and social performance.
