هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الحوافز المادية في تحقيق الفاعلية التنظيمية من
خلال اعتماد مؤشرين و هما الرضا الوظيفي و الولاء التنظيمي، تمّ استخدام البرنامج
الإحصائي (spssv20) لاختبار الفرضيات و تحليل النتائج لعينة الدراسة التي تتكون
من 120 موظف في المصرف التجاري السوري- الإدارة العامة، استخدمت الاستبانة
كأداة لجمع البيانات، إضافة إلى العديد من الدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بموضوع
الدراسة.
The purpose of this study was to know the impact of material
incentives in achieving of organizational effectiveness through
the adoption of indicators of job satisfaction and organizational
loyalty. We used the statistical program (spssv20) for
hypotheses testing and analyze of the results of the study
sample, which consists of 120 employees in the Commercial
Bank of Syria, public administration.
