The Investment of important banking service that characterizes the popular credit bank from other public and private banks from other public and private banks, certificates, also serves the interest rate imposed on it by the council of monetary and c redit significant role in the economic structure or the society. Accordingly, the order intake find the mist important ideas that serve the research topic, according to the following: 1-The general concept of the interest rate. 2-The general concept of investment certificates and types. 3-Impact of validity in interest rates on the sales and redemptions of investment certificates in the popular credit bank. We have using annual data for the variables of the study with in the period (2004 -2012) in the popular credit bank.
This study aimed to identify the role of the electronic management application in the creation of competitive advantages for the branches of make them in a distinct and unique from other ،Popular Credit Bank especially after the entry into the era o f technological ،banks site revolution and information. To achieve this، the researcher studied the relationship between the application of electronic management، and the achievement of competitive advantage، through a survey on the branches of Popular Credit Bank in Latakia، ; the total number of valid questionnaires was 120 Reliability and validity were tested.
Pubular Cridet Bank is considered the most efficient bank among others. The Adminstration of the Pubular Cridet Bank worked to external the banking works through technology and develope employees performance and improve the services of ( Deposits , Current account , loans ,…etc). This Study handles the important concepts in the list below : 1- The most important technology used in the bank. 2- Employees performance in the bank. 3-The effect of the technology in improving employees performance in the Pubular Cridet Bank. This stydy has been implemented at Jablah branch and the result showed that the available technology is not enough to develop the work performance and not enough to accommodate the pressur of banking work in all the department of the bank.
The purpose of this study was to know the impact of material incentives in achieving of organizational effectiveness through the adoption of indicators of job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. We used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypotheses testing and analyze of the results of the study sample, which consists of 120 employees in the Commercial Bank of Syria, public administration.
Job stress is defending as silent killer, nursing profession is stressful job. The aim of this study is to identify job stress sources and coping styles among nurses working in alkadmous governmental hospitals, a sample consisted of (50%) of nurses (90 nurse) were randomly selected for this study, the questionnaire was developed by the researcher based on references and literature review. the result show that the total degree of general average of job stress sources was moderate, the percentage (62.8%) of the psychosocial stress domain was in the first degree, administration stress domain in the second degree, the third degree work place environment related stress, and domain of personality stress came last in order. Also, Shows the study that positive styles of coping stress such as access to advice and guidance, problems discussion, and identify priorities of work were most use among study sample from negative styles such as changing work, and the use of drug. Based upon the results. To conclude, the study has proposed the following recommendation: there is a need for raising salaries and incentives, implementation of a job description plan, improvement of working conditions.
