This study aimed to identify the impact of Computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers in the Establishment of Telecommunication in Tartous, to achieve the study's objectives a Questionnaire of (28) paragraphs –for the purpose of data collection and measurement of study variables- was designed and developed. The study made several results ,and the important results ;there is a significant relationship between operation and management requirements of Computerized Management Information Systems (physical ,programmatic ,human and organizational) and the performance of workers in the establishment , but there isn’t a significant differences between the perceptions of respondents on the impact of computerized Management Information Systems on the performance of workers due to the demographic variables(Level of Scientific, Gender ,Place of work, Functional level ) .

This study aimed to identify the role of the marketing mix electronic elements in the creation of competitive advantages of public commercial banks to make them distinct and unique from other banks site، especially after its entry into the era of t echnological revolution and Informatics. To achieve this، the researcher studied the relationship between the electronic elements of the marketing mix، and achieve competitive advantage، through a survey on public commercial banks in Latakia، and the research sample was/ 120 / unit. The purpose of this study was to know the impact of material incentives in achieving of organizational effectiveness through the adoption of indicators of job satisfaction and organizational loyalty. We used the statistical program (spssv20) for hypotheses testing and analyze of the results of the study sample, which consists of 120 employees in the Commercial Bank of Syria, public administration.
