The research has aimed at recognizing the degree of functional satisfaction for kindergarten teacher women in Tartous and Lattakia governorates. It has also aimed at recognition of differences in the level of satisfaction according to four variables. The research has used the descriptive and analytical method and the specimen has included (180) teacher women of the kindergartens in two governorates. In order to achieve its aims the research has used a questionnaire of four axis and (62) parties representing the functional satisfaction of kindergarten teacher women. The results have indicated that teacher women are satisfied with looking after children, where as they are somewhat satisfied with three axis the results have also shown significant difference in the degree of functional satisfaction according to the variable of the relation attachment- connection of the kindergarten in favor of the public kindergartens, it has also been shown significant differences according to the variable of the social status in favor of single teacher women. There have also been significant difference according to the variable of experience in favor of experienced with less than five years. so, there have been significant difference according to the variable of educational level in favor of teachers with secondary certificates and intermediate institute. finally the research has offered many suggestion.

The research aims to identify the impact of positive thinking among kindergarten teachers in the province of Damascus in the degree of job satisfaction with, and knowledge of the differences in the degree of job satisfaction to have depending on variables (sector, which they follow him, the type of qualification).
The research aims to identify the level of the phenomenon of functional combustion with its dimensions (job exhaustion, low personal achievement, feelings of feelings) among workers in the financial directorate of Lattakia, and then study the effect of the level of this phenomenon on achieving job satisfaction among workers in the directorate. The research relied on the descriptive approach, and the research community included all workers in the Lattakia Finance Directorate, which numbered (1083) workers, while the research sample was determined using the Statistical Sample Law, and the questionnaire was distributed to the sample's number of (284) workers, and was retrieved ( 251) Questionnaire, with a response rate of (88.38%). The results showed that there is a weak adverse and statistically significant effect of the job alienation of the employees in the financial directorate of Lattakia on achieving job satisfaction for them, as (32.8%) of the changes in job satisfaction were caused by the dimensions of the job alienation, and therefore the increased manifestations of job alienation among the workers in the financial directorate of Latakia They lead to a low level of job satisfaction.
This study aims to determine job satisfaction level and factors affecting job satisfaction among working pharmacists in Tartous governorate in the Syrian Arab Republic . To achieve these objectives, the deductive method was adopted, in addition to th e survey strategy for the largest possible number of working pharmacists in Tartous governorate. Questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The study sample was 140 pharmacists.
This research aimed at identifying some personal and professional characteristics of agricultural extension agents working in extension units, and agricultural and extension services provided by them in these units. Also to study the relationship between personal and professional characteristics and the degree of performing extension and agricultural services. About 25% of extension units in Lattakia and Tartus Governorates were included (48 extension units). The results of this research showed that 47.1% of agricultural extension agents didn't attend any extension training (courses) and 36% of agricultural extension agents did not attend any technical training. Also, the results showed that there were significant relationships between age, technical training, experience in the recent work, extension work and the total time spent in job and the degree of performing extension and agricultural services and the degree of carrying out extension jobs in the extension units.
The search aims for the study of the positions of parents and kindergarten teachers on intergration of special needs children at kindergarten. Besides, the search is on for reavel the different opinions between parents and kindergarten teachers The sample included(60)teachers divided over fifteen kindergartens in Homs, (30)children parents, and, (30)special needs children parents.The searcher prepared a questionnaire with /27/ items divided over three main fields: Personality, Education and Relationship.It was verified of the stability of the questionnaire. It was concluded with following results: -There are statistical variation between teacher attitudes and the attitudes of parents of special needs children in the process of intgeration in kindergarten at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship. -There are not any statistical variations between the attitudes of teachers and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significans of 5% -There are statistical variation between the attitudes of parents of special needs children and the attitudes of parents of good children in the process of intergration in kindergarden at the level of significant of 5% in favour of parent special needs children in the field of education rather than the personality and relationship. Finally, the search concluded a set of proposals.
