Job stress is defending as silent killer, nursing profession is stressful job. The aim of this study is to identify job stress sources and coping styles among nurses working in alkadmous governmental hospitals, a sample consisted of (50%) of nurses (90 nurse) were randomly selected for this study, the questionnaire was developed by the researcher based on references and literature review. the result show that the total degree of general average of job stress sources was moderate, the percentage (62.8%) of the psychosocial stress domain was in the first degree, administration stress domain in the second degree, the third degree work place environment related stress, and domain of personality stress came last in order. Also, Shows the study that positive styles of coping stress such as access to advice and guidance, problems discussion, and identify priorities of work were most use among study sample from negative styles such as changing work, and the use of drug. Based upon the results. To conclude, the study has proposed the following recommendation: there is a need for raising salaries and incentives, implementation of a job description plan, improvement of working conditions.

This study aimed to identify the professional psychological pressures on a sample of nurses who are working in Al-assad University Hospital according to the variables (gender, marital status).The sample consistes of (120) nurses of various department s in the hospital. The researcher has done a questionair of the pressure professional psychological, the study concluded to the following results: -About (64.59) of the nurses have shown high levels of psychological stress. What comes first to the surface is the financial issues, then comes the work environment dimension and the psychological dimension. -The study showed that there were statistical significant differencesin favor of femalescocerningthe psychological dimension, and towardmales inthe dimension of the relationship with doctors as we the financialdimension. -The study showed that there were statistical significant differencesconcerning professional psychological pressures. These differences were related to the psychological dimension and in favor of unmarried people only.
The aim of this Search, is to study the impact of organizational power sources on work pressures, in public banking institutions in Syria, applied to popular Credit Bank, through an analytical descriptive approach that depends on books, research, Sci entific journals in the theoretical side, in the practical side we applied Practical case in the popular Credit Bank where a field observation was carried out in one of the branches of the Popular Credit Bank, which is the branch of 29 th of May in Damascus, in the period from 10/5/2017 to 10/6/2017about Search dimensions. Then we have completed work, through an in-depth interview, on 17/6/2017 with the Assistant Director General of the Bank, in his office at the General Administration in Damascus, about the most important aspects related to the sources of organizational power and work pressures, and the nature of the relationship between them in Popular Credit Bank, then We designed a questionnaire based on previous studies, and download it on a website and distribute it electronically, by sending the link of participation to employees, through social media, Facebook and Watts up, For randomly chosen workers.
The study aims to determine the relationship between the job stress and the task performance of employees in the university hospitals, and determine the appropriate strategies to reduce the job stress. The study was applied on a sample of 181 worke rs in Higher Education hospitals (Al-Assad University Hospital, Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital) in Damascus city. Data were collected through using a questionnaire to measure the stress job and the task performance for the employees in the sample of the study. Analysis (Importance- Performance) was used to answer the questions of the study. The study gives us the following results: 1. The factors (such as gender, type of work, the nature of work, age, number of years of experience and educational qualification) have a big effect at the stress job for the workers in the university hospitals. 2. Marital status (single or married) of the Researched workers does not have any effect at the stress job for the workers in the university hospitals. 3. There is a positive correlation between the level of the task performance of the worker and the level of the stress job that caused by the following factors (Command and Control, Influence on Decisions and Clarity of the Role). 4. There is a negative correlation between the level of the task performance of the worker and the level of the stress job that caused by the following factors (role conflict, requirements and workload). 5. Enable of the subordinates to participate on the meetings that related to developing the job, as well as involving them in decisions that effect on their work and tasks.
Recent descriptive study was conducted to identify occupational stressors among emergency department nurses and unites in three governmental hospitals in Latakia.
This research deals with Hypochondriasis for a sample of Female Nurses in the Public Hospital in Damascus, the aims of this research are; knowing the percentage of the spread of hypochondriasis disorder in those working in nursing profession (sample members). -Knowing the differences in hypochondriasis in the female nurses according to the following variables: (Age, family status, number of years of service). Research sample: The sample is composed of 400 female nurses who work in the public and private hospitals in Damascus city. The research tool: Hypochondriasis scale is used, prepared by Fayez Al-Haj (1991). Research methodology: the researcher has used the analytical descriptive methodology which is considered the suitable methodology for the psychiatric, social and educational sciences. Statistical methods used: The raw marks of the sample members and their processing through the Statistical package (spss). The most important results of the study: - Percentage numbers amounting to 24% of the female nurses (sample members) suffer hypochondriasis. - There are no differences in hypochondriasis in the female nurses according to age variable. - There are differences in hypochondriasis in female nurses according to the family status variable. There are denoting differences between the two means of (married) class and (widow)class in favor of the later one, differences between (married) class and (divorced) class in favor of the later one, differences between (single) class and (widow)class in favor of the later one, and differences between (single) class and (divorced) class in favor of the later one. - There are differences in hypochondriasis in the female nurses according to the variable of number of years of service between the two means of class (1-5) and class (11-15) in favor of class (11-15). Moreover, denoting differences have appeared between the two means of class (1-5) and class (16-up) in favor of class (16-up).
