This research aimed at recognize the school climate at the Talent Schools in Syria Arab Republic from the point of view of the Teachers and Management Staff, it also tries to identify the differences in their opinions based on the following variables: (job title, educational and scientific qualifications and years of experience). To achieve this research, questionnaire was designed including (56) items included school climate at the Talent Schools; distributed to the five areas (Management, Teachers, Curricula and Methods of Instruction, examination, teaching Environment), then applied to a sample of (222) Teachers and Management Staff for the academic year 2016/2017. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. The final results showed that the school climate at the Talent Schools in Syria was middle degree. In fact there are no found differences about the school climate at the Talent Schools according to variables (job title, and years of experience), but there are found differences according to variable educational and scientific qualifications. The Research suggestions to developed the school climate at the Talent Schools, as well as carrying further researches about the problems of the Gifted Students.

This research aimed at recognize the reality of the Talent Schools in Syria Arab Republic from the view of Students, and at study the different of opinions according to variables (Kind, governorate). To achieve this research goals, questionnaire was designed including (72) items; distributed to the five areas (Students Admission, scholastic environment, Administrators, teachers, Curricula and Methods of Instruction), then applied to a sample of (380) Students for the academic year 2015/2016. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach.Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen universities. The final results showed that the reality of the Talent Schools in Syria were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences about the reality of the Talent according to variables (Kind, governorate). Research suggestions to doing training courses for Teachers of talent schools before joining scholastic teaching, as well as carrying further researches about the problems of the Gifted Students.
The Research aims at recognizing the opinions of public high school teachers in Lattakia governorate, And determine the difference in their opinions according to many variables as: (Teacher Gender, School Place, Experience and both the Educational an d Scientific Qualifications). The Researcher chose a Sample, including 36 teacher of both genders "male and female" work in the Public High School during the school year 2013-2014. And to achieve the purposes of the Research, the Researcher designed a questionnaire. Then , the questionnaire to committee of nine arbitrators in both Damascus and Tishreen University, where the committee proved the questionnaire after it was applied to the group of 30 teachers, then calculating (Alfa Cronbagh), which evaluates in 0.91. The research showed the following results:(The size of the school violence is in the medium magnitude, and the Results showed that there are no important differences between the opinions of teachers of high school in Lattakia about the extent of the school violence there are in schools, according to the following variables:(Teacher Gender, School Place) and that there are important differences according to the following variables(teacher Experience and educational scientific qualification). In Conclusion, the Research included some proposals, the more important of them:( Find a substitute for the Beating Prevention Law, in way aims at making the student bears a part of his responsibility towards his life, study and school, and Open a discussion with students to express their opinions, and give trust to them).
The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City from the Teachers' point of view in their Schools. The research also aimed to study the differences significance between the average points of the research sample of the Secondary Schools Managers according to the following variables: (sex, scientific and educational qualification, years of experience), and to achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was built, consisted of (56) has been applied on a sample of (403) teachers, during the academic year of (2017 - 2018), also the current research used Descriptive analytical method and to approve the questionnaire validity, it was showed to a jury of (7) of specialized adjudicators in this domain. Its constancy was assured by applying it on a pilot sample consisted of (82) teachers, in Lattakia City through Cronbach – Alpha Reliability (0.952), and (0.473) at Spearman-Brown. The final results showed that the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City the from Teachers' point of view, came middle rated , the result also showed no statistically significance differences in the degree of practicing Management by Values of the Secondary Schools Managers in Lattakia City of the sample members' point of view, according to the variables (sex, and scientific and educational qualification), While there were statistically significance differences due to the Variable experience, in favor of teachers with experience of more than (10) years. The research provided some suggestions such as preparing training programs to train Secondary Schools Managers on Management by Values, also conducting other researches about applying Management by Values theory at Schools.
The Research aims to know the relationship between the scholastic control and social control, from the teacher's points, and showing the deferens between them accordance to variables ( sex - years of experience and scientific certificate).
