Organizations face many challenges that require them to follow a modern and flexible management methods, to be able to adjust and adapt to their environment learning organization concept is based on modern administrative interaction, flexibility and freedom to think, to create models and new ways that will adapt to the surrounding changes. The objective of this research is to identify the concept of the learning organization, which is a recent concept, and recognize the reality of the application of the learning organization dimensions at the faculty of the second economy, Tishreen University. where the researcher adoption Marsick & Watkins questionnaire to the dimensions of the learning organization was the questionnaire distributed to the representative sample the staff of the Faculty of the second economy on different administrative levels , The study concluded that the Faculty of the second economics is learning organization at average rate according to the average Likert scale Quintet.

The research aims to identify the extent to which the two cellular communication (MTN-SYRIATE) dimensions of the learning organization, and the role of these dimensions identified by the researcher (b scientific method of problem solving, continuous
learning, work teams, empowerment, memory organization) in improving the performance of employees. To achieve the objective of the study questionnaire was designed to collect information from the research sample, where sample consisted of (60) employees working in companies of cellular communication in the city of Damascus. And data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach which is based on the study of the phenomenon also exists in reality. After a process of analysis of the study data and assumptions, the study found out that my company owns cellular communication dimensions of the learning organization (the scientific method to solve problems, continuous learning, work teams, enabling the organization's memory) highly. And the existence of a correlation statistically significant differences between the dimensions of the learning organization and improve the performance of employees. And the existence of significant differences between the views of managers and employees about the role of the dimensions of the learning organization in terms of performance improvement managers gave the highest degree of support staff

The researcher used descriptive analytical method, and relying on random sampling and stratified proportional distribution is the distribution of the research sample the (397) students on university faculties, and using appropriate statistical methods was reached following results:
1- The results showed that the level of information awareness, and effective use of information among undergraduate students at the University of October is generally a high level, but there is limited variation at this level also showed differences and test results mean coefficient values.
2- There are significant differences in the level of information literacy of undergraduate students between faculties of Tishreen University.
3- There are significant differences in the level of information literacy of undergraduate students caused by the number of skilled languages.
The Research aimed to identify the Opinions of Teaching Staff in the Faculty of
Education at Tishreen University About the Reality of Educational Researches
(importance, realization, and its activation ways). and to define the differences in this
Opinions according to these variables (department, academic rank, and, experience). To
achieve the objectives of the research, was applied questionnaire prepared for this purpose,
consisted (52) items, which distributed for three axis (importance, realization, and its
activation ways), questionnaire has been applied on sample (104) members during the
academic year of (2015 - 2016). Validity and the reliability was established.
The results showed that the importance of educational researches were a higher
degree among teaching staff members in the faculty of education at Tishreen University,
also the Reality of educational researches were a middle degree, in addition to, results
showed that the activation ways were a higher degree. In fact, there aren't statistically
significant differences about importance, realization, and its activation ways due to the
(department, academic rank, and, experience).
Finally, the research suggested that Researcher be acquainted with the
educational research and encouraged by granting them financial and moral incentives.
Moreover, researches persistently training courses on the methods of conducting research.

The study aimed to present evidence about the students' perceptions of accountancy
profession and accountant work from th
e faculty of Economics at Tishreen university,
identify the factors that influence these perceptions, and find out the students' perceptions
of the status of accounting profession according to the society's view.
The study found that students hold a traditional view of accounting profession
considering it boring, fixed, compliance driven, precise, and solitary.
The students considered university lecturers and subjects as the main factors that
influence their perception of accounting profession and the work of accountant.
They believe that society evaluates the accounting profession as being a good one,
but to a lesser degree than most other professions
The results indicate that if the professional accounting bodies want to be successful
in attracting students to accounting profession, it must seek to corporate with educational
institutions to influence students' perceptions .
