The present research aims to define the educational supervisor degree to its supervisal roles in Damascus city in the light of comprehensive quality standards , and show the difference among the educational supervisors points of view in the same field according to the varieties ofsex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervisor. The researcher used the analytic descriptive method and made a questionnaire consisted of ( 32 )points applied on a sample of educational supervisors who work in Damascus city reached to 30 supervisors . Study Title : The reality of the creative educational performance of teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the light of comprehensive quality standards. Study problem: The study problem is summarized in the following question: What is the reality of the creative educational performance of the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the light of the comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of teachers of the first cycle of basic education and their supervisors in the schools of the governorate of Damascus?
The current study aims to highlight the need to implement the concepts of comprehensive quality in the orphan care and to monitor the strengths and weaknesses in the practices of the orphanage from the perspective of comprehensive quality. To achie ve the objectives of the study, the scholar adopted the descriptive analytical method using the questionnaire as a research tool, which was applied to a sample of all members of the original community of supervisors of the orphanage in Latakia (25 unites). The study concluded that the orphanage achieved an acceptable level of care, with some disadvantages. First, the failure of orphanage administration to employ the results of evaluating the performance of the staff in the formulation of plans; second, the absence of a specialized teaching staff and experts in vocational education to supervise the teaching of children; and finally, lack of partnership between parents and employers to train children in different professions.
The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of quality standards for the components of the university curriculum according to the approach of curriculum engineering, from the point of view of the faculty and technical staff in a number of faculties at Al-Baath University, in addition to the difference in views on the degree of availability of the standards according to the variable type of college.

The results also showed significance statistic variances among the teachers appreciations average according to the roles which the educational supervisors perform in overcoming the problems of the first episode teachers in basic learning according to the varieties of “sex, scientific qualification, years experience in teaching, and training sessions.
The research handles the evaluation of the performance of teachers of secondary education in the city of Latakia according to the criteria of total quality management from the perspective of supervisors and school directors in the following areas: planning and design of educational situations, classroom management and the relationship with the students, mastery of educational material and follow-up, use of modern techniques, student assessment, and the relationship with the local community. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was designed consisting of (37) items covering the fields of research, and distributed to a sample of (41) educational supervisors, and (23) High School directors in the city of Lattakia.
