يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد درجة تطبيق المشرف التربوي لأدواره الإشرافية بمدينة دمشق في ضوء بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة، و تحديد الاختلاف بين آراء المشرفين التربويين فيما يتعلق بدرجة تطبيق المشرف التربوي لأدواره الإشرافية بمدينة دمشق في ضوء بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في الإشراف التربوي. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إعداد استبانة مؤلفة من (32) بنداً، طبقت على عينة من المشرفين التربويين العاملين في مديرية تربية مدينة دمشق بلغت (30) مشرفاً و مشرفة تربوية، أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق المشرف التربوي لأدواره الإشرافية في ضوء بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة جاء بدرجة متوسطة، و جاء ترتيب مجالات المشرف التربوي لأدواره الإشرافية في ضوء بعض معايير الجودة الشاملة تنازلياً على النحو التالي: "التركيز على أداء المعلمين، القيادة التربوية الفعالة، الاهتمام بالعمل الجماعي، التقويم و التحسين المستمر". كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات المشرفين التربويين فيما يتعلق بدرجة تطبيق المشرف التربوي لأدواره الإشرافية في المدارس تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في الإشراف التربوي).
The present research aims to define the educational supervisor degree to its supervisal roles in Damascus city in the light of comprehensive quality standards , and show the difference among the educational supervisors points of view in the same field according to the varieties ofsex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervisor. The researcher used the analytic descriptive method and made a questionnaire consisted of ( 32 )points applied on a sample of educational supervisors who work in Damascus city reached to 30 supervisors . The results showed that the educational supervisor application degree to the supervisal roles in the light of the comprehensive quality standards were in the middle degree and the order in the fields of education supervisor application was descending as follows : Focus on teachers roles , the effective educational leadership , the interest in teamwork , evaluation and continuous improving . The results also showed differences of statistic significance among the educational supervisors estimates in relation with the degree of the educational supervisor application to the supervisal roles in schools according to the varieties of sex , scientific qualification and the years of experience in the educational supervision .

The reality of the creative educational performance of teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the light of comprehensive quality standards.
Study problem: The study problem is summarized in the following question:
What is
the reality of the creative educational performance of the teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the light of the comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of teachers of the first cycle of basic education and their supervisors in the schools of the governorate of Damascus?
The current study aims to highlight the need to implement the concepts of
comprehensive quality in the orphan care and to monitor the strengths and weaknesses in
the practices of the orphanage from the perspective of comprehensive quality. To achie
ve
the objectives of the study, the scholar adopted the descriptive analytical method using the
questionnaire as a research tool, which was applied to a sample of all members of the
original community of supervisors of the orphanage in Latakia (25 unites). The study
concluded that the orphanage achieved an acceptable level of care, with some
disadvantages. First, the failure of orphanage administration to employ the results of
evaluating the performance of the staff in the formulation of plans; second, the absence of
a specialized teaching staff and experts in vocational education to supervise the teaching of
children; and finally, lack of partnership between parents and employers to train children in
different professions.
The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of
quality standards for the components of the university curriculum
according to the approach of curriculum engineering, from the
point of view of the faculty and technical staff in a number
of
faculties at Al-Baath University, in addition to the difference in
views on the degree of availability of the standards according to
the variable type of college.
This research aims to recognize the role of the educational supervisor in overcoming
the problems which face the first episode teachers of basic learning , and present some
solutions which help to solve these problems and determine the differences
among teachers
opinions in the roles which the supervisors must do to help them in overcoming their
problems according to the varieties of ‘‘sex, scientific qualification , years of experience in
teaching, and the training sessions.’’ To achieve these aims, the research followed the
descriptive analytic approach, A questionnaire consisted of (45) items was prepared,
applied on as ample consisted of (851) teachers the first episode in Damascus schools in
the year (2014-2015),The resulted showed the most problems which the role of the
educational supervisor is effective are the class problems, but the role of the educational
supervisor was substandard in overcoming the psychological problems. The results also
showed significance statistic variances among the teachers appreciations average according
to the roles which the educational supervisors perform in overcoming the problems of the
first episode teachers in basic learning according to the varieties of “sex, scientific
qualification, years experience in teaching, and training sessions.
The research handles the evaluation of the performance of teachers of secondary education in the city of
Latakia according to the criteria of total quality management from the perspective of supervisors and school
directors in the following areas:
planning and design of educational situations, classroom management and
the relationship with the students, mastery of educational material and follow-up, use of modern techniques,
student assessment, and the relationship with the local community. To achieve the objectives of the research,
a questionnaire was designed consisting of (37) items covering the fields of research, and distributed to a
sample of (41) educational supervisors, and (23) High School directors in the city of Lattakia.
