يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف دور المشرف التربوي في التغلب على مشكلات معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي، و تقديم بعض الحلول التي تساعد في حل أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه المعلمين، و تحديد الاختلاف بين آراء المعلمين نحو الأدوار التي يجب أن يقوم بها المشرف التربوي لمساعدة المعلمين في التغلب على مشكلاتهم وفقاً لمتغيرات "الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في التعليم، الدورات التدريبية"، و لتحقيق هذه الأهداف اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إعداد استبانة مؤلفة من (45) بنداً، و طبقت على عينة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدارس مدينة دمشق بلغت (851) معلماً و معلمة و ذلك في العام الدراسي 2014-2015 و أظهرت النتائج إلى أن أكثر المشكلات التي يكون فيها دور المشرف التربوي فاعلاً هي المشكلات الصفية، إلا أن دور المشرف التربوي ظهر أنه متدنياً في التغلب على المشكلات النفسية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات المعلمين نحو الأدوار التي يؤديها المشرف التربوي في التغلب على مشكلات معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي و ذلك تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة في التعليم، الدورات التدريبية).
This research aims to recognize the role of the educational supervisor in overcoming the problems which face the first episode teachers of basic learning , and present some solutions which help to solve these problems and determine the differences among teachers opinions in the roles which the supervisors must do to help them in overcoming their problems according to the varieties of ‘‘sex, scientific qualification , years of experience in teaching, and the training sessions.’’ To achieve these aims, the research followed the descriptive analytic approach, A questionnaire consisted of (45) items was prepared, applied on as ample consisted of (851) teachers the first episode in Damascus schools in the year (2014-2015),The resulted showed the most problems which the role of the educational supervisor is effective are the class problems, but the role of the educational supervisor was substandard in overcoming the psychological problems. The results also showed significance statistic variances among the teachers appreciations average according to the roles which the educational supervisors perform in overcoming the problems of the first episode teachers in basic learning according to the varieties of “sex, scientific qualification, years experience in teaching, and training sessions.

The objective of the research is to know the situations of merge
schools according to the view of first circle teachers in basic
education in the city of Homs in accordance with the variant of
qualification and years of experience and to find the
suggestion set
by the teachers to develop merge schools.
The sample consists of 20 teacher from the Merge schools .A
questionnaire has been applied by the researcher .the questionnaire
includes 18 items within 3 dimensions .
It has been proved by the appropriate method. The results have
showed no differences among the degrees of the teacher responses
to the questionnaire according to the variant of qualification and
years of experience .
Some suggestions have been set by most teachers about the
situation of merge schools . there suggestions included much
internet in the merge schools concerning the requiems necessary for
the merge process like furniture, teaching means for the students
impairment.
The goal of the current research know the degree of the exercise of basic education
teachers performing competencies from the point of view of the managers of the first
schools in the city of Latakia. To achieve the goal of the search designed rese

The study aimed at identifying the degree of availability of the skills of
the educational technology of the teachers of the grade in the basic
education stage (the first episode) in the schools of Damascus
