This research aims to reveal the potential relationship between the performance of the mental imagination test and the performance of spatial perception to a sample of students in the faculty of Engineering – Damascus University – (3rd and 5th grade) – and its number was 134 students. To know the difference between males and females to the students of the 3rd and 5th grade in performance of the test of imagination and special perception.

The aim of the current research is to explore the relationship between academic selfregulation
and in a sample of students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the Faculty
of Education at Damascus University, in addition to knowledge of the diff
erences in both
academic self-regulation and due to specialization and sex (males and females). The
sample consisted of (115) male and female students with 62 students from the Faculty of
Education and (53) males from the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The number of male and
female students was( 59 females and 56 students. .
For this purpose, the measure of academic self-regulation was used, after verifying their
sincerity and persistence with the sample members of the current study. The results showed
that the effect of both specialization and gender had a significant impact on academic selfregulation
The current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship
between psychological security and self-confidence among a
sample of students from the Faculty of Education at the University
of Damascus, according to the variables of gender (male, female),
and a course of study (psychology, psychological counseling,
modern education) among a sample search.
The research aimed to recognize the level of psychological pressures and its -sources
amongst students at the college of education –University of Damascus and itsrelationship
with students level of psychological stiffness amongst themthe research s
ample has
consisted of (843) male and female students which represent about (17%) of the study
population, a total of the study has attained a set of findings, the most important of which
are as follows:
The level of psychological pressure amongst students of the college of education-was
(79.85) and their average psychological stiffness was (81.41).
The study has shown that there are significant statistical differences amongststudents
of the college of education regarding the level of psychological pressureand
psychological stiffness ascribed to the sex variable and in favor of malestudents. In other
words, psychological pressures and psychological stiffness arehigher amongst male
students compared to female students..
-The study has recommended many results.
The main issue of research is to reveal the effect of family
socialization on youths' participation in making and taking – decision
inside the family. The research is also an attempt to highlight the ways of
socialization which is followed in upbr
inging of youths inside family. It
also aims to support the good behaviours and give up the unfruitful ones.
These things, in my point of view, would support the research.
The research is going to achieve a group of goals such as:
· knowing the extent of youth participation in taking – decisions inside
the family.
· Knowing the ways of socialization which take place in family.
· Revealing the right ways of socialization which enable the youths of
an active participation in different community's activities.
· knowing the difficulties which stand in the face of youths to take part
in taking – decision inside the family.
The Current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship
between Adjustment with the university environment and its
relationship psychological stress. Differences between the average
scores of the members of the research sample are defined as
variables: specialization, gender and academic year.
