يهدف البحث إلى التّعرّف على الأساليب المستخدمة في تقويم أداء المتعلّمين في مادّة التّربية المهنيّة في المجالات المعرفيّة و المهاريّة و الوجدانيّة من وجهة نظر معلّمي المادّة. و لتحقيق أهداف البحث تمّ بناء استبانه، و تطبيقها على عيّنة قصديّة شملت جميع معلّمي التّربية المهنيّة في مدارس مدينة اللاذقية الرّسميّة، و البالغ عددهم /15/ معلّماً و معلّمة، و انتهى البحث إلى النّتائج الآتية:
- اقتصار معلّمي مادّة التّربية المهنيّة على التّقويم الختامي في تقويم أداء المتعلّمين في دروس التّربية المهنيّة.
- لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسّطي درجات معلّمي مادّة التّربية المهنيّة في مرحلة التّعليم الأساسي حول الأساليب المستخدمة في تقويم أداء المتعلّمين تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسّط درجات معلّمي مادّة التّربية المهنيّة في مرحلة التّعليم الأساسي حول الأساليب المستخدمة في تقويم أداء المتعلّمين تعزى لمتغيّر التّخصّص، و هذه الفروق تعود لتخصّص معهد العمل اليدوي.
- وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى دلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسّطي درجات معلّمي مادّة التّربية المهنيّة في مرحلة التّعليم الأساسي حول الأساليب المستخدمة في تقويم أداء المتعلّمين تعزى لمتغيّر سنوات الخبرة، و هذا الفرق يعود لسنوات الخبرة أكثر من 7 سنوت.
The research aims to identify styles used to evaluate the performance of learners in
vocational education course in the knowledge, skills and emotional areas from the
standpoint of teachers scheduled. To achieve the objectives of the research a questionnaire
was built, and applied to deliberate sample of all vocational education teachers totaling /15/
teachers. The results are as follows:
- Limiting the vocational education teachers on the final calendar in evaluating the
performance of learners in vocational education classes.
- Due to the variable sex, there are no significant statistical differences between the
mean vocational education teachers scores in the basic education level about the styles
used in evaluating the performance of learners.
- Due to the variable of specialization (Handwork Institute), there are significant
statistical differences between the mean vocational education teachers scores in the basic
education level about the styles used in evaluating the performance of learners.
- Due to the variable of years of experience (more than 7 years), there are significant
statistical differences between the mean vocational education teachers scores in the basic
education level about the styles used in evaluating the performance of learners.
