يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للموجهين التربويين في
الجمهورية العربية السورية كما يراها الموجهون التربويون، و تعرف ما إذا كان هناك
اختلاف بين آراء الموجهين التربويين فيما يتعلق باحتياجاتهم التدريبية تبعاً لمتغيرات
الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة في التوجيه التربوي.
The present research aimed to define the training needs of educational
supervisors in Syrian Arab Republic, as seen by educational supervisors.
In addition, to know whether there is a difference between the opinions of
the supervisors about their training needs according to the variables of
gender, scientific and educational qualifications, and their experience in
educational supervision.
