هدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة ما الفروق بين اتجاهات طلبة الدراسات العليا في
كلية التربية بجامعة دمشق نحو تقويم أداء مدرسيهم، و الكشف عن أهم الصفات التي يتمتعون بها تبعاً لمتغير الجنس و الاختصاص و نوع الاتجاه و الجامعة، ثم قدمت بعض المقترحات في ضوء ما أظهر عنه هذا البحث من نتائج، و لتحقيق ذلك قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة مؤلفة من 57 بنداً تتمحور في ثلاثة محاور، طبَقت على عينة من طلبة الدراسات العليا، و قد بلغ عددهم 59 طالباً و طالبة باختصاصاتهم المختلفة.
The aim of this research is to know the differences among the
students of higher studies in Damascus University, faculty of Education
towards the evaluation of their teachers and to reveal the students' most
important qualities according to the variable of gender, specialization, the
type of direction, and university. The research also presents some
suggestion in the light of its results. The researcher made questionnaire
consisting of 57 items revolving around three axes. The questionnaire has
been applied on a sample of 59 higher studies students of both genders
and of different specializations.
