The research aims to define the role of Entre Premeurship in enhancing the quality of hotel service in the four and five star hotels in the city of Latakia, by studying the relationship between leadership and the dimensions of hotel service quality (
tangibility, reliability, response, sympathy, and guarantee). The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the research community included all the administrative officials (director, assistant, head of department) in the four-star and five-star hotel organizations in Lattakia, and the research sample is a soft random sample of (100) managers, where the questionnaire was distributed The search tool on them, (91) a valid and complete questionnaire was retrieved for statistical analysis. The search community also included all customers of the four and five-star hotels in Lattakia, where the researcher obtained responses (91) customers to know the quality of the hotel service provided to them from those hotels . The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The hotels in question seek to lead towards leadership in their business, with relative importance (77.23%), by responding to situations of change and keeping pace with developments in the business environment, developing creative ideas and taking risks and taking bold stances and developing resources creatively . The results also showed that there is a direct relationship and statistical function between the orientation of the hotels in question towards leadership in their business and the enhancement of the quality of the hotel service through its dimensions.

accurate and reliable which is used in electrical networks operation and maintenance. We
focus in this research on implying different conditions and factors which affect operation
and we use fuzzy petri nets for that purpose because of its characteristics in handling with
incomplete and uncertainty data . we make our simulation on a real diagram of a refinery
to compute its truth degree and discuss the results , we match that adding changing factors
at operation contribute in improving networks estimation accuracy and support decisionmaking
process .
Most of the villages and rural towns, in general, and in Latakia, in particular, suffer from
poor transport organizing and Serving of people so that travelling has become a great
suffering for most people. After studying the transport situation bet
ween Jableh and
Latakia, we found that this city suffers from transport problems like other cities. This is
because of transport poor management and regulation including timing, the number of
vehicles available and inability to meet demand, which causes a deterioration in service
quality.
The research provided a comprehensive method to evaluate the performance of public
transport on the road by evaluating travel time, the journey speed, and the buses volume
and frequency. Considering these indicators as a criterion for evaluating the performance
of public transport to determine the most effective factors regarding the quality of
performance of public transport and improve this performance in future. A field and
practical study of the research has been conducted, which includes selecting of study sites,
collecting engineering and traffic data, designing of questionnaires and distributing them
on random passengers and drivers working on Jableh - Lattakia transportation road to find
out their opinions. Then the data has been inserted into SPSS Statistics Base program for
analyzing the results.
The research has concluded that the performance of public transport between Jableh and
Latakia is generally weak, and the largest proportion of passengers depend on their
mobility on minibuses, which does not satisfy the required transportation level. Therefore,
a range of solutions has been developed depending on local conditions which will ease the
burden of mobility and raise the transportation performance level.
The present study aimed to extract the Indicators of Validity and Reliability of the
Toulouse Self-Esteem Scale - Children's Copy. The Scale was translated from French to
Arabic and presented to a group of Arabic language specialists to ensure that
the wording
is correct, after which a counter-translation into the original language (French) was
performed to ensure the accuracy of the translation. The scale was applied to a random
sample of 413 children in Lattakia. The results of the study showed a high level of
accuracy with a high degree of stability (repeatability of 0.776 and alpha-cronbach 0.81 ),
identical to the statistical indicators of the Scale in its French version. A hypothesis was
then tested as to whether there was a difference between the average male and female
scores on the scale. It was found that there was a difference on the macro scale, the
dimensions of social self-sufficiency and school self-interest for females. And 71.4% of
individuals are at the high level of self-esteem.

different settings and should be used in the fields of education and psychology

Wireless networks suffer from frequent loss of packets for many reasons such as
interference, collision and fading. This makes wireless medium unreliable medium for data
transfer. The main methods for ensuring the reliability in this medium are usi
ng
transmission control protocol (TCP) and the automatic repeat request (ARQ). Recently,
network coding has been found as new technology that changes the traditional forwarding
method (Store- and- Forward) in the networks to more effective and intelligent method
(Code- and- Forward), which contributes to the increase of both capacity and throughput of
these networks.
In this research, random linear network coding is used as promising technology that
aims to achieve the reliable transfer of data in losing wireless networks, and studying the
enhancement that this technology presents to the performance of these networks in unicast
and multicast transmission. For evaluating the efficiency of this technology and comparing
its performance with the performance of reliable transfer protocols, we use the networks
simulator (NS3). Simulation results showed that random linear network coding achieve the
reliable transfer of data with bigger throughput and less delay and number of transmission
compared with the protocols (TCP, ARQ).
