قياس الاستدلال من أهم طرائق الاستدلال عند الأصوليين، و قد جاء البحث في ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول خُصص لتحرير معنى قياس الاستدلال في اللغة بأنه بمعنى طلب الدليل، و في الاصطلاح له أربعة معان منها الاستدلال بمعنى الأقيسة، و له صور أهمها قياس العكس و قياس الدلالة، ثم جرى الحديث عن حجيته فقد ذهب بعضهم إلى أنه حجة، و ذهب بعضهم إلى أنه ليس بحجة. و خُصص المبحث الثاني: للحديث عن قياس الاستدلال و أثره في الفروع الفقهية، فذُكِرت أمثلة تطبيقية لقياس العكس في الفروع الفقهية، منها اشتراط الصيام لصحة الاعتكاف، و كذلك أمثلة تطبيقية لقياس الدلالة في الفروع الفقهية، منها حكم الصلاة على الشهيد و خُصص المبحث الثالث: للحديث عن قياس الاستدلال و أثره في القواعد الفقهية و التقعيد بقياس الاستدلال معناه: أن الفقهاء قد يتوصلون إلى أحكام كلية عن طريق إجراء قياس العكس أو قياس الدلالة مشتملاً على تحليل المسألة من خلال ثلاث قواعد هي: إذا زالت العلة زال الحكم. و التخيير في الجملة يقتضي التخيير في الأبعاض. و الأصل و البدل لا يجتمعان. و خرج البحث بنتائج مهمة منها الاستدلال قد استخدمه الفقهاء في صياغة القاعدة، و الخلاف في أصل القواعد بالاستناد إلى قياس الاستدلال ينبني عليه اختلافهم في فروعها.
The analogy of the investigation is one of the most of important investigational methods at the fundamentalists. The research came upon three researches in the first dissertation. I issued the meaning of investigational analogy in language that means to request the evidence and in the structures, it has four meanings: one of them investigation in the sense of analogy and it has images and one of the most important is the opposite analogy and the evidence analogy. Then, I spoke about the proof, some say that it is not more than a proof, and others said that it is not a proof. In the second research, 1 spoke about investigation analogy and its effects on the jurisprudence branches. 1 set some applicable examples to the contrast analogy in the jurisprudence branches : one of them stipulations of fasting for the validity of seclusion and also some applicable examples for the evidence analogy in its jurisprudence branches: one of them the verdict of prayer on the martyr.

This paper tries to examine the relationship between analogy and the grammatical
rule. Analogy is one of the basic principles and bases of Arabic grammar during times of
rule formation and judging it. Linguists were divided in their attitude to ana
logy, with
some supporting it and others against it. Grammarians were more inclined toward analogy
than compilers, because grammarians’ research was based on the existing similarity
between words, phrases, and style used in speech reported by tellers of what had been said
by the Arabs. They based their rules and origins of analogy on that similarity. Analogists
transliterated some foreign terms, Arabized, and derived new words out of them in a
manner similar to that done with Arabic terms. However, some grammarians went very far
in their excessive use of analogy to the extent that it becomes far removed from linguistic
reality to be a form riddle and guessing, leading to reaction against analogy then against
grammar. Analogy became an end in itself; it overlooked its original purpose; was then
manifested in rule formation of words said spontaneously.
The research presents a review and analysis of the architectural
perspective on this issues with a view to making recommendations that will help produce a sense of intimacy and closeness between personnel working in administrative buildings in order
to positively impact their efficiency and productivity. To support this, the researcher will present a critical and analytical
study of the central administration building of Al-Baath University, since it can be considered as design product of an administrative buildings that is worthy of a profound descriptive, analytical and critical study. Finally, the research presents results and recommendations that provide employees of the administrative
