Tartous governorate has many tourist attractions which led to the emergence of a
range of tourist activities, ranging in size and diversity in the size of their presence
according to varying demand and the form of dealing with the activity and in l
ine with the
interests of investors and their vision of tourism work and returns. The tourism activities
have shown the importance of tourism and the number of visitors according to the statistics
of 2010 to tourist sites is 117500 tourists and also the activity of residence includes
accommodation in chalets, furnished apartments and hotel accommodation is the most
common feeding activity between activities in addition to religious and cultural tourism
and hiking.
This paper presents the producing of touristic tour using tourist data and management
the data in GIS environment by using the extension network analyst in ARCGIS to find the
better time routine with time as obstacle. The base map was the tourist m
ap for Tartous
with scale 1:250 000.
DTM and several three dimension data was generated for studying area for helping
people to know nature of the area, by using the topographic map for Tartous with scale
1/250000 . Also, in this research the spatial tourist data base was generated for Tartous
province using GIS which contains data about road, town, ruins sites, services ( like oil
stations, restaurants and hotels and others serve the tourist).
Network analyst was applied on ruins sites in Tartous province to calculate the better
routine from the hotel to supposed several ruins sites.
The integration between tourist data and ArcGIS software with its extension
network analyst can help for obtaining better touristic services by determining the better
touristic tour to visit the desirable touristic sites in short time.
The province of Idlib is Characterized by the mixture of nature with historical monuments in clear harmony, monuments represent national wealth and the fundamental basis for the development of various forms (aspects) of touristic activity, and it is
represented by its forgotten cities one of the cultural – monumental aspects in the history of the province. It includes pools of archaeological monuments on world level, they are very magnificent. And grandeur in architecture charm nowhere else in parts of the world, and the forgotten cities are an important part of the history of Syria and its architectural heritage. Although, ther don,t have the local Arabic and international fame commensurate with the importance of historical and archaeological sites. So, it is necessary to shed light on, its present tourist state, Orientalism and the future that it could be.
This research have been the role of tourist fairs in stimulate
tourism demand, the research emerges it's importance from the
international competition and racing to open a new tourist market, many countries and tourist companies are racing to inven
t an effective promotional methods which aims to developing marketing effectiveness of its tourist products within promotional mixture elements which fairs are one of it, the process of organizing and managing fairs becomes a professional act and need high level of innovation and experience.
the most important results reached by:
- There is a Positive correlative relationship between tourist fairs
and tourism demand.
- There is an effect of destination promotion, price, tourism
service Quality, Public Relations.
- There is no effect for sample features on tourist fairs and
tourism demand.
Nowadays, tourism represents an important popular industry which forms an
important economic power in the twenty-first century. It is competes both communication
and information technology industries, which occupy a high place in the economies of
most countries as they enhance these economies. Therefore, the study of demand on
tourism was one of the most important tourism determines.
Demand on Tourism is one of the basic indications that forecasts one of the
important branches of national economic. The development of demand on tourism refers to
a new available source of national income and new economic resources that could be used
in developing different government sectors. Moreover, working to find general direction of
tourism helps to make future plans which are effective and fruitful in developing tourism
and other sectors because of they are strongly associated. In this search, we'll realize a the
effect of political and security changes in the region on the income of tourism.
