the research aims to know the methods of Landscape Architecture, and to choose the green elements appropriate for them, this can be achieved after knowing the climatic conditions that prevail in different regional in general and in the Syrian Arab Republic in Particular.

This study was conducted in Syria Street, which connects between Yemen Square and Republic Square in Latakia City. This paper cares to analyze arboreal rows in SYRIA Street and to study their relation with the service and structural engineering com ponents Of that street . Moreover, the ideal state of these street trees was evaluated .Results of this paper revealed, that the arboreal rows contain two botanic species (Ficus nitida L, Jacaranda mimosaefolia Don.), which served to furnish the street with monotonic beauty and humility in botanic diversity, and prominent breaks in these rows. Findings showed an ideal decrease in the value of the two used botanic species where (Ficus nitidia) attained a mark of 6.8/10 and (Jacaranda mimosaefolia) 6.34/10 . Corresponding to the relation of trees to some street engineering elements, results indicated inobservance of standard dimensions between planted trees and service elements. which negatively influenced the aesthetic and position value of buildings’ and stores’ facets and guiding signs and billboards on the one hand, and risk increase on pedestrians and vehicles due to blocking vision of traffic signs and overlap of tree crowns with electricity and lighting posts on the other hand.
The research aims to study the effects of the climatic elements, rain, dry heat and drought on wheat and barley production (irrigated and rain-fed) in al-Hasakah station in the Eastern Province, In order to achieve the objectives of the research a series of pen'ds of time extending from 2001 to 2010, was adopted Based on the indexes, rates growth and multiple regression the most important results were as the Following, relation: 1- There is a very strong and statistically significant between the irrigated wheat production and rainfall, dry heat and drought index, wch was the most influential, effed followed by precipitation drought index, and by dry heat. 2- There is no statistically significant relationship between rain-Fed wheat production and rainfall dry heat or drought index. 3- There is a strong and statistically significant relationship between the production of irrigated barley and rainfall, dry heat and drought index, The most influential effed was drought index, followed by dry heat, and precipitation. 4- There is no statistically significant relationship between the production of rain-Fed barley and rainfall and dry heat or drought index.
In this paper we study the relationship between the maximal (prime) elements of M and the maximal (prime) elements of L. We show that, if L is a local lattice and the greatest element of M is weak principal, then M is local . Then we define the Ja cobson radical of M and denote it by J(M) and we study its relationship with the Jacobson radical of L (J(L)) . Afterwards, we define the semiprime element in a lattice module M, and we show that the definitions of prime element and semiprime element are equivalent when the greatest element of M is multiplication and we study the properties equivalent to the properties of prime element in lattice module .
The aesthetic and environmental values of a street are greatly influenced by the selection of an appropriate arboreal species and the relation between its planted trees with the different engineering elements of a street . Street trees play a signi ficant role in forming the architectural and aesthetic texture of the city. They, forther more, enhance material, environmental and cultural aspects of the city. This paper aimes to analyze arboreal rows in HALAB Street and to study their relation with the service and structural engineering components Of that street . Moreover, the optimal situation of these street trees was evaluated using (Li et al, 2011) equation. Results of this paper revealed prominent breaks in the arboreal rows, and that these rows contain four tree species (Jacaranda mimosaefolia Don., Ficus nitida L., Eucalyptus rostrata S., Melia azedrach L.), which served to furnish the street with monotonic beauty and humility in botanic diversity. Findings showed decrease in the optimal value of the two used botanic species where (Jacaranda) attained a mark of 6.22/10 and (Ficus nitidia) 7/10 and (Eucalyptus) 7.28/10 and (Melia) 7.53/10.
Dendrochronology methods are used to study the response of tree rings to environmental factors, where tree rings width are strongly influenced by environmental factors especially climatic ones. In order to study tree rings of brutia pine in Kfarfo forest – Tartus, 12 dominant trees were selected, using increment drill two perpendicular core samples at breast height from each tree were extracted. After treatment, the core samples were cross dated. Tree-rings widths were measured to the nearest 0.01 mm. Consequently, a series of 31 tree rings covering the period 1983-2013 was obtained. Results showed that, tree rings of the years: 1998-1999, 2007-2008 and 2009-2010 were clearly narrow; while rings of the years: 1985-1986, 1991-1992, and 2002-2003 were obviously wide. Whereas, rings of the years: 1986-1987, 1994-1995, 1996 and 1997 were absent. Finally, results reveal that, as precipitation decreased corresponding with temperature increase in the growing season; narrow rings were recorded. While, increasing winter precipitation corresponding with temperature decrease leaded to increase in ring width.
