The goal of research is to identify level of application of ethical standards for the profession of university education from the viewpoint of the members of the teaching staff. And know the differences in the answers to the members of the teaching staff according to the research variables: (sex, academic rank, years of experience, academic specialization). And it adopted a researcher on the descriptive analytical method, and included the research sample (154) by an educational body in the faculties of Tishreen University for the academic year 2014/2015, was the application of a questionnaire composed of four areas: (professional performance, relationship with the students, relationship with the community, and relationship with his colleagues). Among the most prominent search results: The existence of the average of the members of the teaching staff in the application of ethical standards in the profession of university education level. Also there were no statistically significant differences between the average answers faculty members at the level of application of ethical standards for the profession of university education differences depending on the variables of (sex, academic rank, experience), and there are statistically significant according to faculty in favor of scientism faculties.
The research aimed to identifying the Opinion of Sample of worker at Tishreen University in the role strategic Planning importance, Crisis Educational Management, also to define the differences in Opinion of Sample to these variable the scientific qualification. To achieve the objectives of this research, questionnaire has included the role of Strategic Planning in Crisis Educational Management consisted of (52) items, has been applied during the academic year of (2015 - 2016) on sample (278) members, The present research used the descriptive analytical approach. The study aimed to know the degree of satisfaction of students on their kindergarten prepare program, included courses, teachers and field training. And to know its impact on their trend towards the exercise of governess profession. The researchers adopted a descriptive approach. The study tool – which is a questionnaire - was distributed on a random sample of (70) students. The averages and the relative weights were used for data analysis. The results of the study showed an average satisfaction of the program in general, as well as courses, faculty teachers and field training. It’s also showed a high degree of presence of a recurrence in the content of courses. Therefore their correlation was at an average rate, but -nonetheless- they managed to develop essential skills to practice the profession in a high degree. The study results also showed a lack of statistically significant relationship between student satisfaction of courses and field training, and their trends towards the exercise of the profession. On the other hand there was a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction on the teachers of the faculty and the program in general, and their trends towards the exercise of the profession. The study recommended the necessity to work on the development of courses and field training program.

This research aimed to study the relationship between job rotation and organizational performance in administrative offices at Tishreen University, where job rotation is dealt with as one dimension. There is a moderate strength positive relationship between job rotation and organizational effectiveness. There is a strong positive relationship between job rotation and organizational efficiency.
