The research aims to study the possibility of lengthening Remember
chicken meat, chilled by his treatment extracts the oily plant
cardamom, cinnamon, Zingiber and also curb the role of the
pseudomonas bacteria in chicken meat spoilage through
conservation radiator with anti impact during the oily extracts.
The aim of this research was detection Listeria in chopped
prepared to consumption beef. (100) samples were collected
randomly from Damascus and its countryside, Kenitra and
Sweida stores and slaughterhouses, from February (2015) to
February (2016).
The research aims to study the determinants of purchase to the consumers of chicken
meat in the province of Latakia, and see how it affected the consumer when making a
purchase decision, respondents were surveyed (500) the consumer, was the distrib
ution of
a questionnaire allocated for this purpose.
Use the statistical and analytical method for the study and analysis of the data, which
used randomized complete block design, and testing of F in accordance with the SPSS
statistical program, the research found a range of results, including:
• purchasing decision influenced by a variety of factors: the level of consumer
income - Product Specifications - the price of chicken meat - other meat prices - the views
of friends.
• Low impact of consumer life and the views of the seller and the Declaration on the
purchase decision process.
A total of 48 chicken samples (24 thigh and 24 breast)
were collected from eight sites in local market in Hama city and
analyzed for enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin residues. The
antibacterial residues were estimated by using HPLC technique.
Soft wheat is a good source of Phytic acid. The objective of this
work was to develop wheat phytic acid extraction and purification
techniques.
The red meat is one of the main group of food due to their high
content of protein , mineral salts , vitamins . But the high content of
humidity and its pH value that is suitable to growth of most
microorganisms make it subject to spoilage .
In t
his study different samples of commercial meat which were
taken from market in Homs , were valuated by microbial analysis
and that were done for fresh samples , and after one month of frozen
storage in home .
The study indicated that the most of commercial red meat , were
unacceptable to human consumer because the total number of
Aerobic Bacteria , Listereia, Staphylococcus Aureus , Salmonella ,
E. coli , were unacceptable to Syrian Arab Organization for
Standardization that may be due to disases of animale or the
contamination that was happened during dealing from farm to
consumer .
This study was conducted to determine some heavy minerals in different types of
canned meat sold in the domestic market. Most of those cans were imported and processed
in different countries and they have different brands. The chosen samples after
ashing were
prepared by using concentrated extra pure Nitric and Hydrochloric acids .The ratios of the
minerals )pb , Cd , Ni , Zn , Cu , Mn , Fe ( were determined by Atomic Absorption
Spectrophotometry , and the content was expressed as (p.p.m) wet weight. It was observed
that the levels of Lead, Iron, and Cadimum, in all different samples were higher than the
permitted limlts according to the Syrian Standards . The Cu level in both , tuna and sardine
was within the permitted limits, but it was higher in the chicken Lunchoen. The level of
Zinc was within the permitted limits according to the Syrian standards. The highest ratio of
Lead was observed in the sardine imported from Morocco which was 8.765 p.p.m and in
the Lunchoen processed in Syria which was 5.18 p.p.m ,and both ratios are much higher
than the permitted limits according to the Syrian Standards.
The aim of the present study was to determine the levels of lead and cadmium in the
meat, liver and kidney of sheep exposed in the local markets of the city of Latakia, and to
compare the results with those reported by other countries and with the
maximum
acceptable levels for human consumption, Lead and cadmium were determined by atomic
absorption spectrometry (AAS).
The mean concentrations of lead in meat, liver and kidney were 0.043, 0.284 and
0.118 mg/kg fresh weights, respectively, while mean concentrations of cadmium were
0.017, 0.173 and 0.252 mg/kg fresh weights, respectively. Statistical analysis showed a
significant difference in lead and cadmium concentrations between liver and kidney and in
meat.
This study were conducted on 450 samples of raw chicken meat
( 150 samples of thighs- 150 samples of breasts -150 samples of
wings ) were collected from retail marketin Hama city,to detect
contamination of staphylococcus.
This study were conducted on 450 samples of raw chicken meat
( 150 samples of thighs- 150 samples of breasts -150 samples of
wings ) were collected from retail market in Hama city, to detect
contamination of staphylococcus. Bacteriological and bio
chemical
tests results showed 407 samples positive for staphylococcus .
contained S. aureus 73 (16.2% ) isolated and coagulase-negative
Staphylococcus 334 (83.8%) isolated out of total samples. The
results of Multiplex PCR test conducted on S. aureus isolates,
showed that 37(50.7%) isolates harbored at least one enterotoxin
gene, with sea being the most frequently encountered ones.
