Abstract Universities are considered the most important institutions that affect individuals and are affected by them. The three main functions of the university are education, scientific research and community service. Hence, it is necessary to emphasize the role of faculties of Physical Education as part of the university in the preparation and refinement of the skills and experiences of students including qualifying them professionally and giving them the necessary practical experience. The present age is the age of knowledge explosion. It is noted nowadays that there is a lack of interest in knowing the role of faculties of physical education in society. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the role of the faculties of Physical Education and the relevance of their outputs that can be seen in the large number of graduates to the latest advances of our age and cognitive development. Every improvement of the faculty is accompanied by a change in matching students in the future with business requirements. Hence, the researcher believes that it is necessary to consider the effectiveness of the role of faculties of physical education in the preparation of students and the development of their expertise and skills in light of the latest developments and in accordance with the requirements of working life. The researcher designed a questionnaire according to the scientific steps of its outline as a tool for research. The questionnaire was distributed to students of the Faculty of Physical Education in the governorate of Lattakia and Hama. The calculation of the final grades of each paragraph was then presented. At the end of the research, several conclusions and recommendations were reached: The educational, psychological, administrative, and professional factors (which have been mentioned) inside and outside colleges are some of the reasons that are responsible for weakening the role of colleges and their ability to influence students and prepare them to be proficient in the fields of their work and specialization in addition to the decline of motivation and desire of students to pursue the study. The needs for colleges to understand the need to make a change in their method of flooding the labor market with graduates without paying attention to the needs of this market and the needs of the community. Rather, they must build graduates who have ‘’global” characteristics that enable them to work and engage in any area according to the needs of society and the requirements of the labor market.

This study aimed at investigating the student-teachers' point of views towards the role of practicum teaching program in the physical education faculty at Yarmouk University in preparing the student-teacher. A descriptive analytical design was use d in the study. For the purpose of the study, the researcher used a questionnaire to collect the needed data from a purposeful sample of 70 student-teachers.
The study aimed to know the role of the school in the face of terrorism in the Syrian Arab Republic from the viewpoint of high school students, may be a community study of secondary school students from schools in the province of Homs for the acad emic year 2014/2015 totaling (4905) male and female students, and included a sample study ( 826) male and female students based on random cluster method, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was used as a means to collect data and information by the researcher was used descriptive analytical method.
The study aimed at identifying the level of communication effectiveness practiced by administrators in sports institutions in the Syrian Arab Republic. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to fit the research purposes. Th e study was conducted on a sample of 102 managers in the General Sports Federation, In a random way from the original search community. The results of the study showed that the communication components "transmitter, message, receiver" are consistent with each other and there is no difference between them which serves the goal of communication as an administrative process. The communication level was medium among the sports workers in the Syrian Arab Republic. Work and achieve its objectives by understanding the meaning of balance between communication components. The researcher recommended that the importance of communication as an administrative process like other processes, such as planning, organization and follow-up by the administrative leaders, and emphasis on detailed attention to the components of communication to achieve its goal and not focus on the component without the other, and attention to identify the reactions resulting from the process of communication in order to identify the extent of achieving goals And to develop communication skills development programs among the administrative leaders and the sports workers.
The research aims to know the environmental implications (knowledge and skills) contained in the science curriculum for fourth grade primary in the Syria for the academic year 2015/2016, adopted researcher descriptive analytical method, using the topic (idea) as basic unit of analysis.
This research aimed at recognize the reality of the Talent Schools in Syria Arab Republic from the view of Students, and at study the different of opinions according to variables (Kind, governorate). To achieve this research goals, questionnaire was designed including (72) items; distributed to the five areas (Students Admission, scholastic environment, Administrators, teachers, Curricula and Methods of Instruction), then applied to a sample of (380) Students for the academic year 2015/2016. The present research used the descriptive analytical approach.Validity of the questionnaire was established though a jury of (7) of the teaching staff of educational at Damascus and Tishreen universities. The final results showed that the reality of the Talent Schools in Syria were middle degree. In fact there are no found differences about the reality of the Talent according to variables (Kind, governorate). Research suggestions to doing training courses for Teachers of talent schools before joining scholastic teaching, as well as carrying further researches about the problems of the Gifted Students.
