The research aims at know how is the harmony between the role of Strategic Management Process in managing the crises of the organization under study , and required role of the Strategic Management Process in Crises Management . The most important results of the research is : the shortage in that harmony. The reason is the big difference between the role of strategies design in managing the crises of the organization under study and the required role. While there is a good harmony of the role of the strategic implementation, strategic control process of crises managing in the organization under study and the required role. The recommendations: reconsider the way of design the organization mission, strategic analysis process , audit the signs of its crises after discovering it. Asking training responsible to imitate crises can be imitated.

The establishment of a database to establish the structural
comprehensive sources(Master Plan) of water which are securing
water for watering gardens, depending on geographic information
systems (GIS) and perform analysis operations, processing and
utilization of these results in making and decision support process to reduce waste operations and rationalization of consumption and conservation of pollution and help finding alternative water sources to cover the winning water deficit for watering gardens and propose appropriate recommendations.
Fresh water is considered as a top priority concern that captures Syria because of limited
water resources and high rate population growth (2.52%). This paper focuses on virtual water
concept and studies the possibility of utilization it in agricul
tural sector, and calculate the water
balance of Syria accurately. The virtual water volume was calculated for most of the crops that
are planted in Syria and the total water footprint and its indicators were calculated. A
mathematical optimization model is developed for the selection of the cropping patterns
distribution in Syria that use water with higher efficiency and better economic income, and
minimize the food gap by offering two scenarios. As a findings of this research, the food demand
was not covered completely but mostly because of water shortage, and the food gap value was
decreased in the first scenario from 10950 million Syrian pounds to 9850 million Syrian pounds
and to 5100 million Syrian pounds in the second scenario because of the productivity
improvement of some crops and the increase in the production of some crops (wheat, maize)
which are the main crops in food balance.
This research aims to study the effect of the organizational structure of the three
dimensions(complexity, official, central) on the effectiveness of strategic management at
the General Company of Tartous Port, To achieve this goal, a questionnaire
was developed
to achieve this goal, where the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample of
managers (at all levels), The researcher used the descriptive approachin data collection, it
was relying on statistical analysis program (spss.20) in its analysis.
The researcher found many results such: There is a positive relationship between
independent variables ( complexity, official, and central in structure) of the dependent
variable (effectiveness of strategic management), the value of the correlation coefficient
between independent variables and dependent variable 82% , and coefficient of
determination 67%, considering the port is a government company with a large volume and
subject to the laws, regulation, and strict instruction. And works in a stable environment .
The researcher recommended the need to redesign the organizational structure of the
general company of Tartous port to suit the application of strategic management
effectively, in addition the promotion of vertical and horizontal organization and informal
communications as reflected positively on the workers, and thus the effectiveness of the
organization.

The problem of waste is getting worse day by day, which may represent a heavy burden on municipalities, that they are unable to process it in most situations. Man is primarily responsible for the waste form, and any scheme for management municipal so
lid waste most take into account the role environmental awareness among the citizens of north sides: the first is to reduce the amount of waste produced through improving people's behavior's and their dietony habits.
The second by working to strengthen its role in contributing to with the municipality in sorting and recycling and willingness to buy recycled good, which contributes to ease costs, and thus improve the management.
The aim of this research to identify the degree of presence environmental awareness about the management of solid waste in the province of Lattakia from the point of view of the mushers of research sample. And to identify the differences in their views depending on the variables studied (sex gender, educational level, place of residence). Research Applied on a sample of the population of the province of Lattakia that number had reached 280 people. The researcher used the questionnaire, which was relied upon in reaching the results of the study, was to ensure the stability of the resolution in two ways: first way retail midterm has reached stability coefficient (0.829), and the second method equation Cronbach alpha was the reliability coefficient was (0.793), a transaction firming acceptable statistically. The study reached the following conclusions: the presence of environmental awareness about the seriousness of solid waste on our lives and consider it the source of contamination and disease. And the existence of a social willingness to contribute to the management of solid waste as sort of domestic or work in environmental associations. The environmental awareness is spreading in the province as a whole, but noted concern for the environment in the city, most of the countryside. As environmental awareness associated cultural level where it was noted the high level of awareness among the educated classes more than illiterate. It has been observed is that to the environmental awareness is equally between males and females.
The research found the most important proposals : attention to publish more environmental awareness among community groups is an educated in addition to spreading the culture of voluntary work in the field of environment an educated.
