هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد معوقات التواصل التدريبي التي قد يواجهها طلاب معلم
الصف في الجامعات السورية خلال تطبيق برنامج التربية العملية، و تعرّف درجة هذه
المعوقات من وجهة نظر الطلاب أنفسهم، تعرّف دلالة الفروق فيها تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس،
و الجامعة، و تقديم إجراءات مقترحة للحدّ من معوقات تواصل الطالب معلم الصف مع كل
أطراف البرنامج.
The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the training communication that
may be faced by teacher students in the Syrian universities during the
application of the program of practicum, and know the degree of these obstacles
from the point of view of the students themselves, know the significance of
differences according to gender variables, and the University, and to propose
