في جامعة دمشق ( مجلس كلية العلوم ) و لدى مجالس الأقسام، و علاقتها بالرضا لدى الكادر التعليمي
(الهيئة التدريسية)، و قد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من الهيئة التدريسية العاملة في الأقسام
الثمانية للكلية .
