The research aims to identify the reality of the work of tobacco workers union in Jablah Department, in order to stand on their success in protecting the interests and rights of members of workers, and to provide the necessary services to them, as well as to identify their role in improving the performance of workers in Jablah department. The study aime to clarify the concept of management, its importance, dimensions and requirements for its application in the organization under study, and to clarify the role of applying performance management in achieving success for the organization . The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach in her study, and a set of methods, including relying on secondary and primary data through a questionnaire that was designed, and it was distributed to (119) respondents, from which (117) were retrieved, and (110) questionnaires were suitable for analysis, and the research community was made up of a cadre Workers at Tishreen University in Lattakia Governorate (university president, department heads, divisional heads, and employees), and then relied on the SPSS program as a tool for analyzing the available data. The study found a set of results, including: The employee is not involved in planning and goal-making, performance is not linked to opportunities for promotion, and the levels of behavioral competence required in the employee are not determined.
The research aims to identify the extent to which the two cellular communication (MTN-SYRIATE) dimensions of the learning organization, and the role of these dimensions identified by the researcher (b scientific method of problem solving, continuous learning, work teams, empowerment, memory organization) in improving the performance of employees. To achieve the objective of the study questionnaire was designed to collect information from the research sample, where sample consisted of (60) employees working in companies of cellular communication in the city of Damascus. And data were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach which is based on the study of the phenomenon also exists in reality. And the existence of significant differences between the views of managers and employees about the role of the dimensions of the learning organization in terms of performance improvement managers gave the highest degree of support staff
Islamic banks face many contemporary challenges due to the international events, global transformations, and the attempt to restrict the growth and expansion of Islamic banks and its extension across the whole world, as well as errors and illegal a nd banking breaches that some Islamic banks has committed. This situation makes it imperative for all the stakeholders, first and foremost the Committee of Sharia in these banks, and the control exercised by central banks to Islamic and conventional banks is a paramount, and that such control has increased the efficiency of Islamic banks. It did not take into account the working conditions of these banks subject to the provisions of Islamic law (Sharia). Hence, this research is to learn how to exercise control over the Islamic banks in Syria. The researcher addressed the types of control on Islamic banks in Syria represented by the internal control and supervision of the Central Bank and the Shari'a. The researcher presented at the end of this research a set of conclusions: there are significant differences between the banking control methods imposed on Commercial and Islamic banks, as well as the existence of legal supervision of Islamic banks is necessary to ensure that the provisions of the Islamic law. Eventually, the researcher concludes a set of proposals and recommendations, including: the need to develop qualitative and quantitative methods to control the work of the Islamic banks to achieve desired control objectives in improving the performance of Islamic banks, as well as the need to allocate a separate department within the Central Bank of Syria, to carry out inspection and control of Islamic banks, while providing the Department with trained and qualified human resources on Islamic banking.
Pubular Cridet Bank is considered the most efficient bank among others. The Adminstration of the Pubular Cridet Bank worked to external the banking works through technology and develope employees performance and improve the services of ( Deposits , Current account , loans ,…etc). This Study handles the important concepts in the list below : 1- The most important technology used in the bank. 2- Employees performance in the bank. 3-The effect of the technology in improving employees performance in the Pubular Cridet Bank. This stydy has been implemented at Jablah branch and the result showed that the available technology is not enough to develop the work performance and not enough to accommodate the pressur of banking work in all the department of the bank.
This study aims to evaluate the training programs that happened in Al Bayader International company in its various branches, it also tries to understand the relationship between the training programs that submitted to employees and its reflection on their performance at work.
