The paper shows the reasons for the institutional evaluation of the international scientific periodicals. The evaluation factors, criteria, indicators and quality have been discussed. The development, cease and requirements of continuity, as well as contemporary realities are also presented. With some aspects of the characterization of the qualitative evaluation of journals such as refereed, prestigious, and authoritative, and review the features of the development of quantitative digital indicators of periodicals and its classification, and in particular those supporting factors, to evaluate the journals in terms of numbers, date of measurement, standards, tools, and databases, and citation frequency and measurable indicators. Impact factor and its measurable indicators such as the average impact factor, immediate indexing, and half-life citation are studied.
This research seeks to shed light on the important issue of social service issues, namely how the scientific and professional proper handling of social intervention and solving some of the social problems that you may encounter individuals or famil ies, or reduce the severity of these problems as much as possible through the so-called (general practice in modern social service) where is the general practice in the social service of the newest specialized programs currently in place in developed countries, which seeks to train researchers or specialists meetings in possession of solving the social problem skills, according to a holistic approach fits the capabilities available, and addresses the needs of the beneficiaries (the owners of the problems) . This paper introduced a practical model and realistic about the social problem on the individual and household level , and shows the stages of social intervention from the perspective of general practice and the development of social intervention plan suits the studied case, aimed at solving or alleviating the problems of this family . Use this search phases of modern social intervention currently applied in developed countries was the most important of search results that it has been most of the problems faced by the family that has been studied exceeded , so the general practice are suitable to solve family problems working mechanism .
The Human Resources occupies an important place among the institutions which seek to achieve their goals, because institutions can not achieve its goals without the human element, and even the efficiency of institutions and success became related t o the performance efficiency of its members So this study is interested to identify the effect of the sex of the employees of sports institutions’ on their actual administrative performance. The descriptive method is used and applied on a sample consisted of (206) administrative employees working in the sports institutions in Lattakia and Tartous governates . The study conclude that there is no relation between the sex variable and the efficiency of the administrative performance of the employees.
This study aimed to evaluate the training programs that implemented by ministry of Administrative Development in Syria, and their relation with competencies levels through the study of trainee’s points of views. this study was conducted using the fou r components of training program (trainer, trainee, environment and place of training, material of training) and the relation with the levels of competencies (knowledge, experience, skills, behavioral style). The study also included the relation of sex, age, the years of experience and educational qualification categories with training program.
