The study of clients creditworthiness aims to identify the aspects that may lead the client to a tumble in the future in the credit and burdens repayment, which requires an advance specific of the factors affecting it, and in order to avoid the ris ks that may occur in the future and lead to tripping, this paper seeks to study the most important factors of creditworthiness, and analysis to financial and personal factors, and determine the impact of these factors on creditworthiness. The researcher depended on the descriptive analytical approach in the presentation of the creditworthiness models, and to study and analysis of financial and personal factors in order to identify the most affecting factors in the creditworthiness of the credit clients. The researcher has reached to set of results, most important to analysis the creditworthiness factors to personal factors such as reputation, relationship with the lender and other banks, and the relationship with sovereign entities, and financial factors such as studying statements and financial ratios and predict financial failure. The most important recommendations of the paper the need to divide the creditworthiness factors to personal and financial factors in any model is proposed to assess creditworthiness. some personal factors such as reputation belongs to personal factors and predict financial failure belongs to financial factors will determine the value using a dualism [0,1], and any model creditworthiness must include most important personal factors which in addition to a reputable, relationship with banks and sovereign entities, and query the banking, and that the guarantees not be a starting point for grants in any case, the starting point should be in the purpose of the loan, and that the field visit attaches great importance to the strengthening of the credibility of the financial statements of the client, and interest in analyzing cash flows to be synchronized between the payment of premiums and inflows.
The study aims at shedding light on the concept of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) as an effective, innovative and indispensable strategic tool in managing the developmental crisis in Syria, in addition to indicating the driving reasons for adopting it, the advantages it brings as of converting the opponent and the usual competitor, i.e. the private sector into strong partner and contributor to development and its sustainability.
The export sector is the main driver of the development process of any country and one of the main pillars of its economy, the importance of exports lies in their ability to create new jobs, reform the deficit in the balance of payments, and attract private investment, both domestic and foreign then they help achieve sustained growth rates. They are also the most important sources of foreign exchange, and without export the economy fails to develop and unemployment increases. This research studies the evolution of Syrian trade balance during the period 2000 – 2010. Results show that the balance of trade suffered a deficit between (2004-2010). exports were much lower than imports. Oil exports and their impact on total exports and on the Syrian economy in general as well as agricultural exports and their share in total exports were also analyzed using Hirschman Index.
The aim of this research is to calculate the most important financial indicators that reflect the reality of the insurance market at the macro and micro levels in the Syrian Arab Republic, analyze the results, and make suggestions to improve the real ity of the insurance companies. The descriptive methodology / survey based on the survey was based on the study of the phenomenon (the reality of insurance companies operating in Syria) as they exist in reality and described accurately, and the statistical program of social sciences SPSS was used in the analysis of the results. This research aims to introduce the species of insurance located in the Syrian market, and compare them in terms of return and risk resulting from each of them, in addition to trying to develop a model to measure the size of the development of the insurance sector in the Syrian market, using multivariate equations. Where the study showed that there is a difference between the types of insurance in terms of the size of the return and risk resulting from it has been shown that most types of insurance have an average profit, excluding motor insurance Complementary and mandatory, in addition to the most common types of insurance profitability is pension insurance, where profit per pound per 0.9991 followed by insurance against theft and transport insurance. Conversely study showed that the average profit of the fire is 0.6252 per SP one, but the risk in this type of insurance is very high risk where the standard deviation of about 2.06264, and followed in terms of high-risk insurance hulls of ships where the standard deviation for securing ships .81732. With regard to the following types: life insurance and pension insurance and engineering insurance of civil liability and personal insurance are all enjoying a good profit and the average rate risk is acceptable. The study recommended that insurance firms should carry out a study and the reality of insurance in the Syrian market in terms of the size of the risks and value of insurance premiums, especially life insurance types where there are no actuarial studies specialist, in addition to giving fire insurance and compulsory motor vehicle further study and development of many of the controls of would reduce the size of the dangers that it contains two types of insurance.
